Feb 17,2022We selected a case handler for our sale and purchase and were not informed when he went to assist at another of the solicitors' offices. More recently, we contacted the Chester office and were told that our sale and purchase were being dealt with by another named solicitor. As this solicitor did not contact us, I asked for confirmation of the change, and then received an email from a conveyancing assistant for a different solicitor. We have an impression of being passed around with minimum continuity of service.

One case complicated due to onerous ground rent but gave great advice and pointed out future implications etc. conveyancer kept in contact , was polite and patient and did chase other involved parties on my behalf.
