Been left with fees that had been written into a binding contact, didn’t contact my previous mortgage company and loan company so ended up doing their job for them because they just weren’t doing it. Never contacted myself or the brokers so had no idea what was happening. I have reported them to the legal ombudsman and also got a meeting with my local MP on how to hold legal agencies accountable. They are doing to work that we can’t do and should not be allowed to complete such shocking work. Very unprofessional and would never trust them to do anything again.

Feb 18,2022Communication was extremely poor, i did not receive an update unless I chased them for one and my solicitor was rude to me on the phone. This was my first time buying a house and this solicitor was recommended to me but I personally could not recommend them nor would I use them again.
