Feb 21,2023Not going to use them ever again. It was fine for when I needed to be spotted, but honestly I’d rather put the bill on a credit card than ever deal with scratchpay again. They advertise that it’s interest free if you pay within 6 months, but they automatically set you up on a 12-month plan with locked-in amounts to pay. You can pay twice at a time, but sometimes it takes a while for the first one to go through and then you get an error on the second payment. Sometimes the website gets disconnected from your accounts and you have to re-enter it all. I’d just rather not deal with it again. Not recommended.

Feb 15,2023Even though I have had several loans from Scratchpay and have never missed a payment I was denied when my dog had to have surgery. The representatives I spoke with didn’t care and ignored my good payment history. A year ago I was a victim of identity theft and my score took a hit but my payment history with Scratchpay didn’t matter. Their interest rate is over 20% so they made a lot in interest from me.

Feb 01,2023No customer service they do not answer phone calls on hold 2 hours and wait claims to be 20 minutes. Unable to contact as they made error in billing. Payment record shows my payments but I got statement showing I'm late. I pay on the first of every month. Top worst companies I've dealt with

Jan 16,2023I needed them when my cat had to have surgery and I couldn't afford a big vet bill. As of now I am pleased with them and thankful for this service. My only complaint is their website doesn't give me the details I want for my account information. Please change that so people can know how their payments are being applied ppl vs interest.

Jan 11,2023The website was not user friendly to set up your bank account to avoid a user fee by using a card. I was unable to set up my own bank and I finally contacted them and they had an issue but eventually got it set up. Needless to say due to that payment being late my entire amount was going to be charge at a rate of 26.9%. While I was grateful and thought I was getting an awesome deal it was not.

Jan 11,2023My dog Max had a emergency with his eye, he ended up losing it but it saved his life. It was almost $1200 I was so upset as I didn't have that much at all. The scratch pay plan was a blessing and the payments were acceptable.

Dec 27,2022My credit score just decreased by 16 points from opening an account which I’ve set up on autopay. I’d really watch how you advertise. The no effect to your credit score is clearly not accurate.

I’ve checked with CB’s and my info is just fine and there is no freezes on my report. Company can’t tell we what info can’t be verified. I don’t get it. I’ve even been a past customer. Do better Scratchpay

Nov 13,2022I had to put my dog down suddenly Oct 07 2022 and I had no clue how I was going to take care of the quickly rising costs. I took my dog in at 1am for a heart issue and a few hours later I was having to figure out how I was going to be able to afford thousands of dollars of vet bills while my dog was waiting for treatment. Then at 4am I had to put him down and figure out those costs. Each quote was able to be updated seamlessly and provide current approvals each time in a few seconds. I had so much to deal with that day, and this helped me not think of money during the toughest day of my life.

Nov 11,2022Scratchpay was an absolute life saver. My dog needed immediate surgery and I had no way to pay for it in that immediate future. Scratch was able to provide the funding I needed directly to the vet, it was super easy to apply & pay. Afterward when my friend insurance reimbursed me I was able to pay directly through the app, the only complaint is that their server doesn’t allow payments of more than $1000 at a time so I had to make multiple payments, but it’s all good now. THANK YOU SCRATCH.

I finally have the money after months of unemployment and I can't make any payments.. FIX YOUR WEBSITE Never using them again

Mar 06,2023What a joke! I have a 688 credit score and no collections but was denied instantly! And their site lies because it did affect my score because they did a hard pull after saying they wouldn’t..Thank god care credit instantly approved me for $2,500 or my dog wouldn’t have made it through the night. Will never apply with scratch pay nor would I ever recommended them to anyone!
