Sep 09,2021The catch on the icebox door of our much loved Smeg fridge recently broke off. I tried an online spares retailer and, although I gave all the correct part details, I was sent a part that was 4 cm too narrow! I then tried Servevast Direct and got the correct part delivered on the date promised. It was relatively simple to fix. Great result! Delighted our fridge is back to its best. thanks

Aug 26,2021Very pleased with the speed and efficiency of recent service. I ordered an oven seal for my aging John Lewis range cooker. I have fitted generic ones in the past, but they don't seem to last, so certainly worth paying a little extra money for the genuine part. They were also able to confirm the correct part with the model and serial numbers. Arrived in 48 hours using standard Royal Mail postage.
