Aug 25,2021Needed a new thermostat for my John Lewis cooker which is a Smeg product. Customer support quickly responded to my email with a link to the correct part. Arrived the next day, I was very impressed and have since purchased new screws and bulbs for my oven.

Genuine Smeg product and, when I couldn't find it on the website, I emailed them; the response was super quick (and polite) with the link to the item. Ended up buying duo pack due to value for money.

Aug 24,2021I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my dishwasher, and failed to identify the model number to give to servevastdirect, but I contacted them anyway! They helped me identify it, then identified my problem and how to resolve it, then for a few pennies sent me the part to cure it, all within a couple of days! Superb!

Aug 24,2021I'm not sure if you can complain about too much communication but this was the only thing wrong with the whole experience, other than that the process was slick, speedy delivery and numerous updates on where it was in the delivery cycle. The product was well packaged to protect it as it was a glass oven door which was very fragile, would recommend no hesitation

Aug 23,2021Needed to order a new oven seal for my SMEG 0ven and wasn’t sure which was the correct seal so emailed customer services and they replied within 24 hours and enclosed the link for the correct product I ordered it snd it came within 2 days It was the right seal too I am very impressed with the speed of delivery and helpfulness of customer service and the product was the same as the original SMEG seal many thanks Mrs Duffy

Mar 11,2021I have a Smeg cooker and hob top at home and needed the burners replacing. I came across this website online. I contacted them with my model number and they sent me the link to order a burner kit. It was quick, efficient and friendly. The first part of my order arrived quickly, then just to wait 7 further days for the second part as it wasn't in stock, but they communicated that with me. The burner kit was reasonably priced and fit correctly. I was really dubious about using a website I had never heard of, but I had nothing to worry about. Highly recommend this company; great communication and the right product.
