Jun 25,2024We moved from NZ to Perth in Aus. I'd take the time to thank Dave (drop-off driver in Perth) for the amazing job with our move. I hired two movers to unload, and they kept saying "we are coming, be in there 20mins" on that day! Our cube size was medium so all I had was 45mins to unload. Long story short, the Movers were still on the highway when he needed to leave in 15mins. It was a nightmare for me. I didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t do much because of my knee injury. At that time I saw the lifesaver!!!! - driver Dave. Even though it’s not his job, he felt my situation and offered to help. I really appreciate your help, Dave. You are the kindest person I ever met in Perth! Honestly Sevenseas service, it was “Good” before I met Dave. But now, “Excellent, definitely 5stars!”

Jun 24,2024Had to move some furniture from my son from South Africa to Belgium. An international shipper had recommended Seven Seas. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews. I booked anyway a big move cube. Did all the paperwork. Dropped the goods of in JHB . All went well and the staff was friendly and helpful. Had a small problem with the documents where I had to put the number of the items on the form, like how many books,... in each box. That was solved without a problem. Then it was up to Seven Seas to ship the goods. Congratulations.... I could follow the shipment and it must be an enormous difficult task to organise that with the current closure of the Sues canal. I received emails with updates on a regular basis. Today 24 June the box was delivered timely and unloaded. Thank you again for the wonderful service.

I found customer services to be really helpful and was kept informed of what to do, progress etc all the way. My cube arrived safely with no breakages or losses. I would highly recommend.

Jun 22,2024The customer service via Wechat was excellent! I even mistakenly packed important documents in one of the boxes, and they retrieved them for me before they left the country. Customer service kept me updated all along the way until the documents were shipped back to me. All quotes were straightforward and explained what was charged. The boxes and tape supplied were good quality. The bubble wrap sent for packing was insufficient amount for the number of boxes/things to wrap well, so plan on getting extra. An intermediary company was used by Seven Seas to transport the boxes from my small city to their hub. I had a very bad experience with this company, as the driver was angry and refused to carry the boxes to the truck if we did not help. He finally carried most of them but handled them carelessly and with poor attitude. However my interactions with Seven Seas staff were all helpful, timely, and professional.

We have found the response from Sevenseas both by phone and online excellent. Rapid response and staff always polite and helpful. Hope the rest of the transport and delivery is as good. So far many thanks to them for excellent aervice

Jun 21,2024Items were collected on the 18th of April, excellent service by the employee who did the collection. It's now the 20th of June & it still hasn't been loaded on a ship! Had absolutely no communications from Seven Seas, had to call them myself to find out & all the person I spoke to could do was laugh! Going by what has happened so far would definitely not recommend.
