Jun 20,2024Can't fault our experience. They kept us up to date on evening single movement of our package. If you have any questions and phone up, they answer almost right away and everyone was so helpful. Our package came on time and they even brought my package all the way to my parents farm! The cheapest shipping company we could find, too. 10/10.

Jun 19,2024Connivence, ease of packing, friendly customer service, adequate updates. Having boxes supplied an packing material was a real plus. Empty boxes were delivered, when we were all packed they picked up boxes and shipped over seas delivered to ou new address.

Jun 19,2024My luggage was slightly overweight, and was used as an excuse to not pay any compensation for a lot of damage items. My personal boxes were thrown without regard of the items tmarked fragile on the box. My Elegant China dinner set a wedding anniversary gift from my most recent deceased husband was broken and damaged along with picture frames etc. I am still bluffed as to why a stainless steel pot in one of my other box was badly dented. Jane the Insurance Company manager half hearted stated it wasn’t her fault I chose an insurance plan that didn’t include damages. Very cold hearted response from her.

Jun 17,2024Everything went very smoothly, from start to finish. The support was amazing, the instructions and admin was super clear. I was slightly disappointed that, while I knew my cube had arrived, there was a bit of a delay getting it to us as the movers were all fully booked. So it took a further two to three weeks to arrive than I had expected. But the delivery was easy and pleasant.

Jun 16,2024I have been delighted with Seven Seas Worldwide from day one to completion. We moved from Canada to the UK and everything that was promised was delivered and on time. There was live tracking on the shipment and it was easy to follow and the legal requirements were explained in detail which made things simpler. Queries were answered by email by return which was reassuring. The drivers were friendly and helpful at both ends of process and the online support was speedy and efficient with every step of the move updated as it happened. We could have had the house contents shipped at a slightly cheaper price but we chose a Move-Cube which ensured that our shipment stayed together from when we packed it until we opened it. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would strongly recommend this company if you need to move home.

The staff at the warehouse were welcoming, polite and helpful. Everyone I dealt with made my experience stress free and enjoyable. I mentioned my interestt in working for your company in Melbourne to one your staff, who suggested I send my expression of interest in this feedback form. I will be moving to Melbourne on July 1st. I worked at the container terminal, at the Ports of Auckland, as a straddle driver for 16 years. I would be most grateful if you could advise of any job vacancies in Melbourne. Jun 15,2024Especially when you need to ship things to China, the chinese gov requires tons of additional documents and this company failed to list out before you pay. If you find any missing document that you cannot provide and need time to handle the issue, boom! no refund

Jun 13,2024I have now completed the packing, collection and documentation and will send another review when the boxes are delivered, but so far I have to say the service is superb. Sending stuff to China is quite complicated, so I have needed to call them a few times to ask for help. Every member of staff I have spoken to has been very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring. Well done and thanks a lot!

Jun 12,2024Would give a Zero rating if it was possible. I made a booking for the full boxes to be collected the 8th of January. Waited the whole day for the pick up courier to collect but never realised. I had to stay with the boxes out on the curb as there was ‘nothing that Seven Seas can do’ as they used 3rd party couriers to do their actual work. We had to vacate our house the 8th of January and thus had nowhere to take the boxes. I called the customer service line the 8th to get clarity if they were going to collect the boxes according to the bokking that was made. The rep gave me such an arrogant attitude, refusing to help and suggested we just cancel the service and use someone else. Can’t remember old mates name but was from the Brisbane branch. Not the best person to have in ‘customer service’, all he was good at was to add unnecessary stress to the whole situation. I stayed on the street with the boxes as the courier never arrived the 8th, was only picked up the 9th of January. Other than that it took Seven seas ‘only’ 5 months (*edit picked up 9 January, delivered 11 June, 5 months and 2 days, 39 days delayed) to complete the delivery. Bad bad bad value for money, extremely expensive for the service offered. Customer service from that guy in Brisbane was horrendous. Will never ever use these amateurs again, nothing is in their control but they charge you through the roof.

Everything arrived in perfect condition thank you. Special mention to the amazing staff at Auckland depot who went above and beyond and also our delivery driver in Perth who was a huge help at this end too. Thanks so much guys!
