Feb 09,2025There was a minor manufacturing fault in a cooker hood I purchased. I contacted them and very quickly Lewis got back to me to ask for further details which I duly provided. Within just a couple of days he sent me a replacement part and I was able to fix the hood. Very professional, pleasant and fast service; I'll be using Ship It Appliances again!

Feb 05,2025Package arrived damaged, filter was all bashed. Chimney section not a great fit as it does not clear the main bracket at the back. Tried to phone their customer services, but gave up waiting to speak to someone. On the plus side, it works ok Update, company sent a replacement filter and offered a part refund. Great customer service.

Feb 04,2025I bought a new hob for my kitchen, when it came it was missing a one of the caps. So i emailed them couple of times, i eventually got a respone saying it would be sorted in 5 days and its now been 7 to 8 months nearly still no response.

Feb 04,20256 weeks communication with trying to obtain a new part for SIA extractor chimney. Finally ordered and paid upfront, had notification for a delivery the next day, simultaneously a nessage saying the part not only is unavailable but unobtainable. Have phoned numerous times, been on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. Expecting months before a refund, or email.
