Feb 23,2025We were really pleased with our recent purchase of a SIA Retro under counter fridge freezer. Looking at other reviews we were sceptical about the delivery process as others had complained of damaged goods. The service was amazing. Ship it appliances gave reassurance that any problems we had they had an amazing after sales service to deal with any problems. On the day of delivery we were emailed and texted giving us a 1 hour time slot by DPD which was honoured. Amazing! On receiving our fridge freezer the packaging was intact and the goods inside perfect. We are so pleased especially as the price was spot on too! I would definitely purchase from them again…just wish they did a better selection of condenser tumble dryers as that is our next purchase but I will keep checking their website for any changes. Great job overall!

Feb 23,2025Bought an excellent SIA built in Microwave Oven. It is internally larger, more powerful and has more functionality than our old Russel Hobbs one. The price was superb, by far the best value of all the online sites I trawled. It was ordered on a Tuesday evening and was delivered by Parcelforce on the Thursday morning. It was my first time c buying from Ship it Appliances, I would definitely recommend and I would certainly buy from them again

Feb 20,2025This has now been resolved with a replacement boiler. We purchased a hot water boiler tap and boiler. The minute you switched on the boiler it detailed error code E9. This is faulty on delivery. We reported the faulty goods straight away. They first appears helpful asking use to try different things, but now will not respond to emails. We have asked for an exchange or refund but they will not respond with the details on how to gain the refund. We are out of pocket nearly £500.00

Feb 18,2025⛔⛔ Do not buy from this seller ⛔⛔ Products are cheap and quality is absolutely rubbish. I bought the all sets of Cooker, Oven, Hob, Hood etc. after 10 or 12 months of very little light use the Hob has been broken massive cracks on the electric hob which is not usable and it is dangerous to use it. I have contacted the company websites and sent them tons of emails regarding the warranty, replacement or repair no reply yet. That makes me thinking all this warranty and guaranteed etc is just a lie. Once they sold their items to you that's it you are on your own. You can forget about getting them to repair or replace it if you are in need of because they don't ever reply to you. I am extremely disappointed with this Ship it appliances seller. Pay a bit more and buy a decent products. Please avoid this seller. ⛔⛔⛔

Feb 18,2025Appliances were very reasonably priced and ordering was easy if you are putting it into cart. But when I tried doing the multibuy option, it gave you a code for a discount but then no other instruction. No one phoned like they said they would. So I missed out on a 5% discount. It wasn’t worth the hassle. Then I had to send a photo of my utility bill and drivers license for proof of id. Then no email telling me when they would deliver so truck just turned up at my door while we were at work. It was very quick delivery and they were nice and helpful on the phone. Now knowing what to expect I would use them again.

Was all very quickly dealt with by Jess. Good freezer and good customer service - which is not often the case these days.
