Jan 07,2025ShipTheory has completely changed how we dispatch our orders. Everything is so much more efficient. I was a little intimidated at first setting up rules for automation. However the system is very intuitive and the support i received from ShipTheory has been superb. I would definitely recommend this for any small business looking to streamline their order fulfillment process.

We now use this to ship all our orders across multiple shipping platforms.

Aug 31,2023We've been using Shiptheory for a few weeks now and it has drastically improved our workflow. The most important thing for us is that it integrates with Shopify like a glove; things like utilising metafields to populate customs information so you only have to maintain one database of products on your store. A lot of other companies require you to maintain another product database on their system as well. They integrate with some lesser used carriers that give us better pricing. It's really simple to use and Josh was an absolute diamond during the onboarding process. The prices are reasonable, uptime has been 100% so far, so no complaints.
