Feb 12,2023Where do I start... Dr Sree, Penny and Natasha are the best at what they do, extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. I never thought my skin would ever clear up like it has, the team made me feel comfortable and relaxed all the way throughout my acne journey. That being said they were very professional throughtout and I knew I was in safe hands. If anyone out there has any problems with their skin, I really would recommend skindoc ahead of any other expert consultant dermatologists. Just know skindoc ... I honestly cannot thank everyone at skindoc enough, what you do changes peoples lives and continue doing your good work ❤️

Jan 31,2023I’ve had an exceptional experience with Skindoc after suffering with my skin for 20 years. The appointment making process was very prompt and easy. Dr Krishna is simply great. He listens, he understands, he ensures you are fully informed of your treatment plan, and on top of that he is friendly. A friendly Dr goes a long way 😊 If I’ve had an urgent questions regarding my treatment, Dr Krishna will contact me within 5-10mins of me contacting Skindoc to discuss my concerns. I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received from Skindoc. Thank you 😊

Jan 21,2023I'd been troubled by a skin complaint for more than a year which had steadily deteriorated. The GP had failed to fully diagnose the cause and I was told that I would be referred to a consultant. But, in doing so, I would likely have to wait 4 or 5 months for an appointment. I looked online for an alternative and came across Skindoc. I submitted photos of my skin problem giving a short background description and within an hour or two (this was about 8 o'clock in the evening) I was told what was causing the rashes and issued with a prescription for medication. I was most impressed with the efficiency and speed of diagnosis. If only the NHS worked in a similar fashion!!

Jan 21,2023I cannot thank Skindoc enough for helping me on my skin journey! I am overwhelmed with an amazing, positive outcome and felt so much support throughout my journey. Dr Sree is an absolute legend and I always looked forward to my monthly consultations with him. The admin team are also sooooo lovely! Every person within skindoc couldn’t be more helpful and made my skin journey so much easier! Any concerns I had were answered to my full understanding and dealt with promptly, I felt I couldn’t have been in safer hands! I’m actually sad I don’t need consultations anymore, I cannot thank everyone at Skindoc enough! Forever grateful!

Jan 19,2023Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr Krishna. After being told I would face a 9 month wait for a dermatologist appointment, I tried the photo referral online hoping for some faster results. Within one hour, Sree had rang me with a diagnosis and further steps. He also wrote me a letter I could take to my GP with suggestions and a prescription. This has felt like a huge step for getting my skin back to where it should be! He also followed up with a few text messages to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions. Fantastic service!!

Jan 17,2023I felt at a loose end with my acne last year as a 26 year-old who had been suffering with it for too long, and I finally decided to give roaccutane a try. I knew I couldn't face an NHS waiting list, so I hoped that paying out for this treatment would pay off - it definitely has! It's been amazing to have caring, personalised guidance from Dr Sree and I find myself looking forward to the video consultations, with the ease of doing them from home. I really appreciate the efforts made by the team to keep costs down and the service is such high quality with v quick email responses. I'm now onto my final month of treatment and my skin's transformation is amazing; it's far better than I could've imagined and hopefully stays this way. Side effects were largely manageable for me. I did feel an effect on my mental health when I took it to the highest possible daily dosage for my weight (as I asked to do), but as soon as I informed Dr Sree of this, he took my prescription back down and I felt like myself again. I've felt so supported knowing that I can email for advice at any time or discuss things at each monthly consultation. Extremely glad that I went for this caring little business!!

As doctor Krishna agreed with the previous treatment I had been advised with he phoned to explain and rejected the payment showing true patient care. I would highly recommend and would definitely use skindoc again with future issues.

My GP had advised it was up to 18months for an appt for a dermatologist, As an adult with cystic acne I needed this sorting quickly for my mental health and confidence. The team have beeb incredible. I booked an appt for new year, the doctor emailed me and pushed my appt to Boxing Day, he organised this at 9pm on Christmas Eve. Within an hour after my appt I had a prescription and a solution to my skin issues. I can’t thank them all enough!

He has always empathised with me and turned an unpleasant situation into something pleasant and I can say it was an absolute pleasure every time I spoke to Sree. I would highly recommend Skindoc due to the fantastic team (especially Sree and Natasha) and service provided!

Dec 22,2022I'm currently under skindoc for Roaccutane treatment, it's early days but I have had a positive experience so far. Dr Sree is fantastic at what he does and at actually listening to patients, which I have had trouble with in the past with other doctors. The prices are really the most reasonable I've found when researching and the pharmacy they use is excellent too. I have nothing negative to say about skindoc and would highly recommend them.

Dec 22,2022Arguably the most efficient, confidence-boosting service on the market. Dr Sreedhar blew me away with his honesty about isotretinoin, its side effects, and what to expect during treatment. He was patient with his patient, despite the fact I kept asking the same questions over and over, questions I’m sure he’s heard a million times already. Six months later, my skin is clear and smooth to the touch, and that’s on 20mg a day for the first three months, and 40mg for the last two, proving that results can be achieved on a lower dose. During our initial consultation, a smiling Dr Sreedhar told me that if we never have to see each other again at the end of this process, then his job is done, which is exactly what you want to hear from your GP. There are no guarantees with this drug, no algorithms for determining success, but it’s reassuring to know the folks at skindoc will do everything in their power to nip acne in the bud. And in my case, they have.

Dec 17,2022Thankyou to Dr Sreedhar Krishna, Natasha and Penny for their amazing service at skindoc, I am absolutely over the moon to be starting accutane today. It didn’t take long at all, the only wait I had was waiting for my GP to do blood tests, everything else on Skindocs end was done so fast it’s incredible. Phlo, their partner pharmacy was also amazing ordered my prescription yesterday and it was packaged and sent within a few hours for me to receive today! The process was so simple and whatever queries I had were answered straight away, I’ll be recommending skindoc to all my friends and family. Thankyou again I honestly couldn’t be happier!!

Communication and delivery of the service has been very efficient from blood tests to delivery of prescriptions, you couldn’t ask for more. I would 100% recommend using Skindoc to sort problem skin !
