Nov 24,2022Ease of use, speed of response and Dr Krishna is amazing and puts you at ease immediately. I have not regretted my choice to go this route, I’m about to start month 2 of Accutane so a while to go but my experience with the company so far has been exceptional

Nov 20,2022Skindoc is the best thing I've ever invested in! Dr Sreedhar Krishna was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring throughout my accutane journey. Every step of the process was super easy and I had support all the way through. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I felt really looked after. Amazing customer service throughout, I would recommend skindoc a thousand times over!

Just over 2 months treatment and my skin is already so much better, clearer and now no more pain. It’s great to be able to book an appointment when it suits you, medication is delivered in days - just generally fantastic service

From the very start he listened to my concerns and guided me through with advise every step of the way! It was so easy to book appointments and being able to do it via video call was so handy, the service was fast and reliable! I really can’t recommend them enough if you have any skin problems they will answer any questions and make you feel so comfortable! Big thank you to everyone at Skindoc.

Oct 21,2022My experience with skindoc. was absolutely perfect. The speed and quality of the service were the best I have ever experienced, and everything about the process was SO smooth and considered. The administrators I dealt with via email were wonderful, so kind and nothing was too much trouble - and Dr Sree is a total credit to the healthcare profession, never mind Dermatology. He made me feel so comfortable and understood (which is a hard task when you are suffering from acne, and especially over zoom!). I really don't have enough good words to say about my experience, I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone struggling with their skin. Don't think twice and don't put it off any longer - skindoc. will change your life I promise!

They were quick, useful and really wanting to help. I felt really cared for, and the dermatologist called me to reassure me and discuss the treatment plan. I cannot reccomend enough to anyone with a skin problem.

I received a clinical letter within a few hours of submitting my case, received a full diagnosis and an excellent prognosis. I've tried so many treatments that have failed but now I'm two months into treatment and the results are amazing, all thanks to Skindoc. Thank you so much!

Aug 12,2022End to end seamless professional personable care. If you like me we’re exhausted by the wait of the nhs and your bad skin relentlessly never taking a day off, then skin doc is for you. Don’t be put off, I hadn’t heard of them before but was instantly put at ease when I called, spoke to someone who helped me with my account and then Dr Sree just made most of my anxiety melt away, because he listened, he understood and he said my condition was curable. Natasha is an absolute star, she is on hand for any issue or question you may have. Thank you Skin doc :)

Aug 10,2022When I had my first consultation with Dr Sreedhar, I was quite keen to go on Roaccutane however I was skeptical due to price and also past experiences with skin and dermatologists. Dr Sreedhar immediately made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. His transparency on price and willingness to help me save costs on certain things like bloodtests, is the reason I was able to afford going private. He also made me feel heard and understood for the first time, since in the past I’ve had really bad experiences with previous dermatologists who would either give me 15 mins of their time or undermine my skin condition & experience. Dr Sree did not rush me and went through my whole medical history. I honestly really recommend Skindoc and him as they’ve made it possible to clear my skin and afford it privately whilst providing exceptional service and care. Dr Sree is one of the most empathetic, understanding and kindest doctors I’ve meet. Thank you so so much!

Aug 06,2022I cannot recommend Dr Sreed highly enough. Dr Sreed is incredibly established in his field with multiple degrees, awards and published papers. Yet, he explains findings and concepts without complex medical jargon and promotes individualised patient centred plans. I personally wanted to get through my course of treatment as quickly as possible, which I was warned would likely incur issues with side effects, but I was happy to continue. Dr Sreed gave continuous advice on how best to cope with these and suggested various perscriptions that could ease some of them. He is so easy to talk to and put me at ease immediately. Natasha was always promt at replying and on the ball with organising follow ups/pregnancy tests/blood tests. Thanks team, Amy 😊

Jul 28,2022I can’t thank these guys enough - I have been experiencing skin & hair issues after a bad experience with the birth control implant and was struggling to get anywhere with advice or medication through the NHS. I phoned Skindoc after seeing them recommended on Reddit, and immediately spoke with Dr Sree who was understanding & empathetic of my concerns. We discussed options and I submitted an online assessment with photos the following morning detailing my issues. Within a few hours all my documents had been verified, the admin service is really quick & communicative. Then Dr Sree rang me and talked my through my options for my prescription once again, and it literally arrived a day later. Skindoc also worked hard to make my payments cost effective rather than trying to upsell me, if anything they actively pushed to save me money (for example saying I could have my blood test monitoring through the NHS rather than paying for them privately with themselves) all in all I’ve had a brilliant experience and who knows how long I would have waited should I have persevered with my GP. Thank you so much!

Jul 16,2022Dr. Sree and administrator Natasha were extremely helpful in commencing and managing my second course of Roaccutane. Dr. Sree is affable, eloquent and intelligent and made me feel at ease despite not using an online medical service before. Having options for prescriptions (Phlo vs. Simple) was useful as medication prices changed throughout the course. Be wary of these price changes as they will alter the total cost of your treatment. Overall a fantastic experience.

Jul 05,2022This is the second time I have used skindoc to help with autoimmune flares between NHS dermatology appointments. On both occasions, they have been responsive and helpful. I would recommend skindoc to anyone who needs help with their skin issues. I also appreciate that, while skindoc can help with long-term treatment, they did not try and give me the hard sell. Indeed, they recommended that I use the NHS for my specific condition (urticaria) to keep costs down. They did however provide recommendations to take with me to my next appointment.

Jun 21,2022Dr Sree is a world-class doctor and, if you are thinking about Roaccutane, I recommend going through SkinDoc due to the lightning fast response times (Natasha is very quick on the admin) and the caring and understanding manner of Dr Sree. I am almost at the end of the Roaccutane journey which I have been on since November last year. It is a difficult drug to take and as expected I have had side effects such as red eyes and dry hands. However, I have been absolutely delighted by the care of Dr Sree who is a caring doctor that responded to my needs very quickly. Whatever he prescribed worked its magic! The same-day delivery service means you are never waiting for the medication. The price of medication is affordable too, the cheapest for the roaccutane pills that i have come across. I was with another dermatologist before going with SkinDoc and SkinDoc is one another level in terms of response times and quality of Dr. I like the fact it has been all online too as it is inconvenient for me to travel due to having a full-time job. SkinDoc is great for busy people. Thank you Dr Sree and Natasha and if you are thinking of SkinDoc then I strongly recommend that you go with them.
