Sep 11,2020Removal of existing system and installation of of the new system was quick and painless. However we find the display/information panel really hard to use ( no instruction booklet or information were to look it up), The app I have completely given up on, 4 attempts to try and get it to connect to the inverter. But overall we are very satisfied Kind regards Peter Madsen & Kim Lassen .

Sep 09,2020We could not be happier with our Solargain / IKEA SOLSTRÅLE solar system. It was so easy to get a quote and to select the right system for us. The staff at Solargain were helpful, friendly and professional. There was a lot less paperwork than I'd expected. It was all so easy. The installer was also highly professional and courteous. The app makes it easy to see what our panels are doing, and when is the best time to put the washing on. We would definitely recommend IKEA SOLSTRÅLE provided and installed by Solargain.

Aug 24,2020We recently had a solar 6.6kw system installed on the Sunshine Coast. Solargain were excellent throughout, from our initial enquiries, through contract arrangement, scheduling the install and some follow up enquiries re the system use. The workmanship was excellent. As an ex-tradie, i know good work when I see it. And the system has been humming along ever since. I highly recommend Solargain and have recommended them to family and colleagues since.

Aug 18,2020This company is professional, as you would expect. The salesman appeared to know what he was talking about. Installation happened fairly quickly. The installers arrived on time, were quick, efficient and explained the process beforehand. The only problem I had was the price. Very expensive but time will tell! They've been around a fair while which is more than I could say for a lot of the others doing spectacularly cheap prices.

Aug 14,2020Its only a few days since Solar gain installed . There are multiple roof leaks . Their price is comparetively very much higher than competitors and they convince to you by saying that their after sales support is very good thats why their price is high .But after the sales , I am now struggling to get support. Its been almost a week since I reported its leaking , No one has come forward to fix. They will send the technician based on the availability. Very bad customer service and rude.

Aug 12,2020Installation was good. Price was reasonable. Had a small issue with setup of the power meter. After sales was always contactable but often forgot to call back when stating they would do so ("XYZ will call back within 2 days" - 1 week later no call back). I shouldn't need to chase up all the time so I'll deduct a star.

Sep 12,2020I had a system containing 24 x Q CELLS Q.PEAK DUO G5 330W panels with Fronius Primo 6.0-1 6kW inverter plus iStore 270L hot water system installed in September 2019. After a year I can say I am genuinely happy with its operation. There were hiccups in the installation but Solargain were generally quick to respond and solve any problems. Perhaps my only concern was the hot water system which requires a more detailed explanation on its operation and where I felt (and still feel) some apprehension about controlling it. Overall, Solargain were easy to deal with, easy to contact, prompt in replies and most of all their system works a treat. Recommend them!!!
