Solargain are a great WA based company. Their service and advice was clear and concise, which helped to make the right choice using top quality components. The installation was easy and completed in a morning. Savings are already being made.

Wonderful service starting with Sheldon (my Renewable Energy Consultant), who came to my house to assess my solar system requirements, and to thoroughly discuss my options for my system, to the installation guys who did a wonderful job. Great help and support was also provide by Alex the Installation Manager who coordinated the whole installation. It was pleasure to deal with everyone at Solargain - a very efficient and customer friendly organisation!!

The sales team and the coordination team was nice to deal with. BUT the management was not there when a sensitive decision had to be made. There was a big Communication gap between various teams based in WA and Victoria. I was advised zero export for my home after many months of my order and further adding insult to injury I was charged additional amount which should have been borne by Solargain.

Matt at Solargain was wonderful to deal with. I was quoted only to find later I had given the wrong information. Matt identified this and discounted his quote so I applaud Matt and Solargain for their honesty. The time to install was days not weeks. The staff and installers were professional. My only complaint and this is a major one is that it took over 3 months to get connected as I needed a new meter and the admin sent the documents to the wrong energy supplier. So 3 months without solar and 3 months warranty lost. Otherwise excellent and thoroughly recommended
