Jul 09,2019My experience with the original salesman Joe McCaffery was excellent bordering on outstanding. Joe was knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly he was patient allowing me time to conduct my own research to validate his suggestions. I now have a wonderful 38 panel system rated at close to 10 kWh when other companies would only suggest I could install 2 kWh system. While Joe was excellent the installer was just ok. I’m satisfied with the install quality but The experience was not as good as my engagement with Joe as we developed the plans for the system. Overall I was very pleased with my experience with solargain so much so that I got my father to contact them for a quote and he subsequently got a solargain system installed.

Jul 09,2019Had solar and heat pump installed 6 months ago. Everything went very well and overall I’m happy - particularly with the solar. Unfortunately my heat pump developed a slow leak at the inlet fitting and It’s now been 5 or 6 weeks since notifying them and no sign of the plumber. I’m sure they will come and likely more to do with the installer but I have to deduct 2 stars for the after sales service. Saying that I would likely use them again if I needed more solar. Edit - All fixed know. You can have another star back.

Jul 06,2019The guys at solargain were awesome all the way from initial discussion and quote, to installation and after. I’m 100% happy with my system and the service solargain provided. Have recommended to multiple people at work. If you’re considering installing a system, go and have chat to solargain, I highly recommend.

Jul 04,2019Our experience with Solargain was not good after installation and full payment customer service was very poor it took us 4 months to get connected to the grid even though we made phone calls and emails we chose Solargain even though they were more expensive and because of their reviews. Our solar panels were connected in February connected to grid late May Safety check not done until May. We would not recommend Solar Gain to family or friends.
