May 15,2019Instalation was done promptly and the operation of the system is more than satisfactory. The whole price of the system was more than competitive. We have not had to boost the heating as of yet which is a testament to it's heating efficiency.

May 14,2019It is difficult to know what is fact and what is fiction regards things solar. Solar Gain I hope will be around in 20 years time to honour the contracts we have signed up for. The co. that I had initially to install my low cost small system in my house isn't around after about 6 years but the system (touch wood) is still going and owes me nothing. The new SG system I have had installed in my daughter's house is much bigger in output and 5 times the cost and needs to perform well to recover these costs. All is well after about 5 months and dealing with the company was quite easy and the sales person pleasant. So no problems at all so far.

May 14,2019The system that I purchased has 12 panels that face east and 12 panels that face west. I do not have a north facing roof. Therefore I almost never get the full 5kw that I have purchased. The system works well and I am very happy with it. I generate approximately $100 of power per month, This means that it will take 5 years to get full payback for my purchase. The optional monitoring software is great. I am able to monitor my system even when I am away on holidays. I have recommended Solargain to some of my neighbours, friends and family.

I thought the 6kw system I had installed would cover more of my bill than it does considering I work away and all I have drawing power is 2 fridges and the pool pump while I am at work.

May 07,2019I've been researching about solar system a long time, and came across a few solar package offered by numerous retailers but decided to go with Solargain. This is indeed the best choice I've made. The company is super organized, trustworthy, and the quality of work is top of the class. They were on time, Installation was swift, and it was just smooth sailing from there onwards. Overall a great experience and value for money. A good solar system is something you expect to last for a lifetime and I would highly recommend Solargain to anyone. Great job and keep it up. Cheers.

May 07,2019Great customer service initially but ended there. Installation kept getting pushed back and rather than being installed in August, was installed in December. Changed the types of panels supplied a week before installation or would cause further delays if wanted original panels. Once installed, they stuffed up paperwork so was another two months before I was able to contact my provider to change to solar plan. Then further delays to get paperwork to lodge for solar rebate. Into May now and still fully out of pocket. Thankfully was able to apply for rebate before they closed applications.
