May 06,2019We contacted Solargain by Email and had a prompt response. Our contact was very friendly and efficient with providing our quotes. Once the decision was made to use this company, the service was excellent. We were given an installation date but this was changed and brought forward which suited us. The installation crew were very professional and efficient. We are very happy customers.

The installation was on time and helpful guys who did the installing they explained how it all worked. I was so impressed that I recommended Solargain to my brother in -law and he is getting his house done this week.

May 05,2019Solargain have been fantastic to deal with, I installed a 7.5 kw system and my power bills to date are always in credit and the system is performing above expectations with my daily power usage covered and I'm still feeding high levels of kw's into the grid. My sales consultant Tom Liston was amazing and highly informative I liked the fact that he did not push you for a sale and was supportive all the way through the process. I have recommended this company to family and friends without hesitation. I received quotes that were cheaper and others that were more expensive- Solar gain were a little dearer than a couple of well advertised brands; but what you receive is far superior and hassle free. My next home will definitely have a solargain system installed on the roof!!!

Apr 23,2019The solar panels are great and produce good power levels as was explained during the quoting process, the install all occurred on the day as planned however the installers didnt bring brackets to attach to a steel frame roof as no one had asked, i also have numerous broken and roughly cut tiles around the brackets that were used.

Apr 21,2019I was happy with the entire process, one of the few installers where going above 5kw wasn’t an issue. Great price, and the installation team were fantastic. The only problem was at the back end of the process where it took around one month for the paperwork to finalised, so I couldn’t switch retailers and start collecting sweet FIT credits. Advice for new comers: switch to monthly billing with your provider before you install your solar panels so that you can switch quicker
