Apr 18,2019Very first electric bill since the installation was in credit. I have moderated how I use everything making sure to switch off at the wall when not in use. I did notice a peak at midnight which turned out to be the Hot Water system installed with the solar panels. Great use of software enabling me to identify this and stop it happening.

Apr 17,2019Iam pleased with the product and the installation but dissapointed with the salesman. I was promised a spotters fee to the people that recommended Solargain but they haven't received anything yet after four months. I also thought I was getting a smart meter fitted like our friends had but I didn't and now I can't see our usage on our tablet or mobile phone. I should have checked the paper work more carefully than relying on a verbal conversation with the salesman.

Apr 10,2019We were treated with courtesy and given all the relevant information and answers to our questions about the system during the preliminary enquiry and initial contract period. The trades people were cooperative, efficient and clean during the time of installation, however, the after sales service was lacking in as much as we were treated somewhat with contempt when querying about the technical details of setting up the WIFI communication system from the Zeverlution control unit. We were told we would have to contact Zeversolar for the information, which we did with the result they couldn't be more helpful. We were of the opinion that Solargain should have been up to date with the equipment they were supplying and as such been more helpful in assisting to set up the WIFI system. All in all we are happy with the system

Apr 10,2019I was treated promptly and politely treated by everyone. The price was good and installation was fast and efficient especially as I had a second storey unit. My hot water pressure went through the roof. A warning about this would be worthwhile as my hot water mixer pipe under the sink exploded and damaged most of my down stairs area.

Apr 02,2019Very good service before paying the money. However no one responded to my emails after the payment was made. Update: Now that I left this feedback they called me to discuss my issue. Because this doesn't look good for their business. You don't need to wait for the customers leave negative feedback, then calling them. You should make sure your representatives respond to customers queries in a timely manner. Also there is no need to call me now, I sent some emails couple of months ago and I don't need them to be answered anymore.

Mar 29,2019On time, moved their workload around to suit our installation schedule. Very knowledgeable. Not the cheapest but close to it with quality components. Not too pushy. Installation crew were efficient, polite and understanding. No hesitation in recommending them after the detailed review we did of 8 possible providers. We dotted our I's and crossed our T's before selecting them.

Mar 28,2019I told the installers (and Sumo who we went through) several times that we have 3 faze power and now power core are saying we should have an inverter specific for a 3 faze power system. We are also having (since installation) ongoing problems with power core shutting down our solar system because they cannot cope with the overload into their system. Your installers could see that our neighbour had installed 50 solar panels on his roof but they did not red flag or suggest that this very large installation could cause us problems with power core. We cannot be expected to have such in depth knowledge of solar power and its complexities but we should be able to expect better knowledge sharing with both the power company we purchased the system through and the installers as they are the people who come on site.
