Mar 23,2019I am not sure why they sent me a note to review their installation. Did not get the panels I originally asked for (substituted for something else), installation was later then expected but they did hit the tie they promised. They have an App which is basic at best and has not worked for some time either and can't be connected. The system seems to work but I have no data whatsoever.

Mar 15,2019The solar panels and inverter work exactly as the salesman said they would. I also got a solar HWS with instant gas booster; haven't had to use the gas from Nov to March so far. Abundant very hot water so far, all free from the sun. Installation went without a hitch, all done in a day, and materials and workmanship seem great. It has all worked exactly as it should, from day one. I am very happy with the results over Summer, and most days I get more feed-in tariff credits than I had budgeted for. Can't wait for Battery prices to fall.

Mar 14,2019The knowledge displayed by the sales force was extensive and the approach was not aggressive, but rather informative. The installation crew was excellent. They were very neat and took care to leave everything clean and they helped get me set up on the computer. Excellent company.

Mar 12,2019Very good experience. The guy who did the install was the guy who did the quote (Dan) who was great. Listened to what we wanted and had some good advice. The price was very good, work done all looks great and we are hooked on watching our panels make power and really watching our consumption. Be sure to get a smart meter.

Mar 12,2019Installers did a great job. However, contacting the Sales Person (James DeSantos) for follow up questions proved to be fruitless and disappointing. If you buy a system from Solargain, I suggest that any queries are directed to the Technical support people. They were most helpful and thorough.

Mar 11,2019I would and have recommended Solargain. Work was efficiently and competently undertaken and I was provided with all the information I needed to receive a government rebate. The only matter outstanding is that I was promised “ a spotters fee” which did not happen.
