Mar 03,2019They called and arranged installation of the 6.6KW system and I Store hot water unit a week earlier than originally booked the operation was neat and professional totally impressed with the result had a minor problem with the monitoring of the Fronius invertor this was corrected by a software upgrade on line and has performed well in the three months since installation, our power bills and hot water costs have reduced dramatically since would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wishes to use them

Feb 21,2019I got about 5 quotes before purchasing a Q Cells/Fronius solar system from Solargain four months ago. I chose this company because they are a CEC approved solar retailer with a national reputation, a local service department in WA, did a site visit and personal consultation at home and made every effort to answer all my questions, even if it meant getting detailed written information from Fronius and Q Cells. Solargain offered a professional service at a competitive price. Installation on time and went smoothly. Though unable to connect my internet to Fronius' online monitoring system on the day of installation, Solargain returned to do so at my request (however I've never found the app to work well and prefer to go and look at my inverter's display to tell me how many watts the system is producing). Best of all, my electricity bill... No charges and in credit!

Feb 21,2019Our experience was very good. The reason you did not get 5 stars is: 1.) I sent an email requesting information regarding negative feedback I had read about (from reviews) in regards to Solargains after sales support. I received no response from Solargain, despite assurance that I would. 2.) Upon inspection of the panels after installation I noticed that there were fingerprints all around the edges of my brand new panels on the roof. I would have expected that this would have been cleaned off before the job was considered complete by the installers. Any residue or grease that light has to pass through decreases the efficiency of the panel. All in all though, my experience with Solargain was very good, they were very professional and very helpful and they made sure that I got a system that met my needs fitted with high quality parts (such as Fronius Inverter) for a price that exceeded my expectation. Was very happy and would recommend Solargain to others.
