Over 40 years ago we added stairlifts to our range and since then we have helped over 700,000 people make more of their day. With options to buy or rent new or reconditioned stairlifts for straight or curved staircases we have a stairlift to suit everyone.

All in all your staff are first class, thank you for a very satifactory experience.

Nov 14,2024I would give Colin at Stannah top marks for a non pressured sales consultation and and a careful and patient explanation. I am immediately pleased with the stairlift. It has made life a lot easier. The installer Chris was most efficient and friendly. He took great care in fitting it and showing me how it functions. He left everything tidy, hoovering the stairs at the end. All in all a great success. You may quote me.

Nov 14,2024We were booked in for a service a few weeks ago, on the day Stannah cancelled emergency break down, not a problem it could be the wife stopped halfway down the stairs, rebooked a new appointment and engineer came and was very efficient and explained everything was working fine great service from Stannah and highly recommended by us.

Nov 13,2024An engineer said he knocked my door this morning but i don't think he did. I banged on my window as i saw hom walking away but he couldn't hear me with his headphones on. I struggled downstairs and shouted after him but again he didn't hear me. I only have 20% lung capacity and sat next to his van. When he saw me he asked if i still wanted it done. I said yes and he came into my house. He lied and said he had rung me. No missed calls. No apology from this smug pleb. When i said anyone with common sense would realise that people with mobility issues might take a little longer to answer he threw his dummy out and left. Called his manager who put the phone down on me. Disgusted.
