Nov 13,2024our stairway is a complex multi stage challenge but Stannah's rail assembly fitted impressively neatly at first go and, after initial teething problems which were readily fixed. has proved easy to use, robust and reliable. We are very pleased with it.

Nov 12,2024I bought from Stannah direct, which although considerably dearer, I believed would give me better service. The stairlift was fitted on time last Tuesday 5/11/2024. Great! On Thursday 7/11/2024, it stopped. I called the service department and an engineer arrived, swapped some parts, and left. Since then, the thing has cut out twice, which I haven’t reported yet. Not impressed! I’ll wait and see what happens with it this week before I do anything further. On the plus side, your response to the initial request was good.

Nov 12,2024I was very impressed with the representative who came out to explain everything to me before I ordered my stairlift. I unfortunately was admitted to hospital a couple of days before they were due to install the chair lift but a member of my family was there to allow them entrance and demonstrate the appliance. They were very impressed with how professional the installer was.

Nov 10,2024Absolutely excellent,from Sarah and Paul in the online chat to Carl the engineer, they all did a great job in arranging/installing a new stair lift for my parents and taking into account limited space at the bottom of the stairs by adding an automatic hinged rail and all for a reasonable price, would definitely recommend.
