Nov 05,2024The chair works—a small problem was sorted out very quickly by the local customer support representative who filled us with confidence. The fitters had had some difficulty making the system fit our narrow staircase and were we any taller there would be problems. But so far so good.

From the moment the superb Teresa answered our call to the wonderfully patient and thorough Douglas who arrived and dealt with our particularly awkward staircase issues in the most comprehensive way, to the brilliant electrician who made everything seem so easy and the first class installers who were just magical, so kind, courteous and polite as well as being extremely tidy and who treated our home so well, we couldn't be more impressed. Thank you all for a great installation experience.

Nov 05,2024Every thing from the initial house visit to measure up and explain the ins and outs of the stairlift to a showroom visit at the main office and eventually the complete installation of our stairlift went so smoothly and to programme. The two installation engineers were very professional in the way they carried out the installation and worked very cleanly and finished with a comprehensive lesson on the safe use of the stairlift for my wife and I. Excellent service.

Nov 04,2024The Stannah stair lift was installed very quickly with little delay by a gentleman who clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He installed the lift in just over four hours and made sure that there was no dust or debris of any kind left and then showed me exactly how to use it. He was extremely helpful and extremely good and I would recommend him to anybody. I am very impressed by the design of the equipment and would certainly recommend it to others.
