Mar 18,2020I used Stephens for a 3 day move. Everyone I dealt with and spoke to were polite and knowledgeable. The removal crew were careful, efficient and had a good sense of humour. They were patient and put everything back together and where we wanted it. They checked we were happy with everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend

Took all the stress out of moving everything out in time and the team that carried out the job were very efficient and polite. Could not have been happier with the service. From the gentleman who surveyed our property, to the staff in the office who handle the billing, to the actual packing and moving team, we were so impressed with your work ethic and the excellent care you took of our belongings during the move. Mar 14,2020I only had a weeks notice that all the sales had gone through to move to my new house and move out of my current home. I phoned a few companies and had some quotes, Stephens were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either, but I decided to go with them as from the moment I called them to the moment the colleague came and inspected what I would be taking with me I could not flaw their customer service. They were polite and answered all my questions. On the day of my move 3 gentlemen came Nathan, Ryan and AJ. Honestly these guys worked from 8am to 6pm loading and unloading my items and were very respectful towards my goods. They checked to see what items would go into what room and made so many trips to the attic room with very heavy boxes and did not moan once. I actually did not feel like I had moved the first week because all the lifting had been done for me and it was a very alien feeling of not feeling the aches and pains and stress usually involved in moving. All I can say is they have made my move a beautiful experience and I definitely would not hesitate to recommend them to others and even though it does cost a lot more than hiring a van out for the weekend it is worth having someone else take the pressure off you when moving is stressful enough. Thank you so much guys and you have definitely done the company proud.

Mar 13,2020The entire process of dealing with Stephens who moved us from St Albans to West Yorkshire went thru’ seamlessly. From the initial enquiry to the office , the guy who came to do the quote (who gave us lots helpful tips and ideas) to the guys who came to load up, they were so helpful, nothing was a problem, good-humoured thru out with no damage to our goods. They were even patient waiting for the keys to the property that were 3 hours late! And the price was right!

Mar 13,2020The removal guys turned up on time and was excellent. I was a little confused with the addition insurance premium we paid though, as I expected this to be in with the original quote, not an extra. However, apart from that, an excellent service.

Easily organised move, from when we met the rep to the moving day. every step explained our minds put at ease, our furniture was moved onto the lorry and into our new house with out issues. our new house had the carpets covered so foot prints wouldn't be end up every where. All items put where we asked them to be put. delivery team nice and friendly and fun to chat too. A stressful day made hassle free and easy.
