Jun 06,2020Excellent. Both the administration side and removal itself. We moved at a very difficult time. A day before complete lockdown. They were very understanding. We left the guys to do the move completely on their own. We moved from the top floor of a block of flats - no lift. It was down 2 flights of stairs. They carried out the move with confidence, care, courtesy and very efficiently. I hasten to add it was a very warm day. They then moved us into our new home. Again we kept our distance and they carried everything in. Placing the items where we had instructed on the boxes. No breaks no accidents no problems. I certainly recommend them. A great team.

They handled the goods in a professional manner and ensured everything went according to the plan which was explained as soon as they came in. Would highly recommend Stephen’s Removals.

Jun 05,2020We were so impressed by our removal team from Stephens! It turned out that almost none of our furniture would go up the very narrow stairs in our new home but that did not deter them and almost everything was eventually in its right place by the end of the day. Our 6x6.5 ft mattress was the only thing that beat them but it wasn’t for want of trying. The office staff we brilliant and managed our shifting completion date with patience and professionalism. If we ever move again, we will definitely use Stephens again...no hesitation!

Mar 29,2020Although you slightly underestimated the amount to move, you did quickly get a second vehicle on the day to take the remaining items. One item got damaged but again this was taken away to be fixed and returned at a time suitable to us. All in all a very good service at a good price.

Mar 20,2020The whole experience was friendly, helpful and extremely professional and efficient. From obtaining a quote, putting my mind at ease through out the move, answering my numerous questions that I had right up until payment of the final invoice once we were settled. A major thank you has to be given to the 3 men that actually moved us on the day. They really worked hard and fast, but were more than patient as we decided where things should go and occasionally had them moving things more than once until we were satisfied. Their pleasant and friendly help was really needed on a stressful day, and they definitely helped raise our spirits. Thank you very much Stephens - we have moved you before and will again on our 3rd move (which hopefully wont be for a while)

Mar 20,2020Removal guys fantastic, the advice i was given re the inhouse storage crates was misleading ,this came from the man the came around and quoted on the removals and storage of my furniture. I was told a crate but my storage goods came to 2 crates he never advised that was for each crate etc v misleading which came to alot of money 14 .months. when I tried to speak to someone in the office about this I was told basically that was the price and there was nothing I could do about it,even though the guy had purposely mislead me
