SupaGlazing started as a family business in 1981, which has expanded tremendously over the last 37 years. The reason for this is the high quality products supplied together with good quick service and ethical trading – our customers don’t have to wait weeks and weeks for their windows etc. We are well known for our speedy delivery usually 2 – 3 weeks from a firm order. Our factory is situated at Strood and customers are welcome to visit and look around. We also have 3 showrooms situated around Kent.

Thank you Mike & John; my door is lovely. Please pass on my thanks to the young gentlemen who came to install my door. I was worried my new wallpaper would suffer when they took the old door out, but they've kept my hallway spotless. So very happy, would recommend to friends & family, my grandson was about during the installation and they kept their banter polite & quiet. Thank you, will use again in the future. I'm happy to recommend Supaglazing. I've got around 20 properties across Kent that I've had Supa in for. I'm slowly updating all of my property porfolio and I now exclusively take my business to supaglazing. A lot of my properties are rented house shares, and as such the energy bill is paid for by me. Updating the windows has paid back dividends over the winter months and improved upon the value of my properties when selling. The office co-ordinate well with my letting agents & tennants so most jobs don't interfere with my personal schedule. For myself last October I had a conservatory put on the back of my home in Snodland Kent. I've only now since the weather's changed started to open up and sit out there. Combined with my bi-folding door the downstairs is now very panoramic looking into the garden., We're excited to entertain our friends this summer from our home. :-) Mr. Trenton

Needed my old windows replaced at short notice due to a busy scheduled life. Supaglazing was the only company which was able to make such a quick turn around, and at a unbeatable price as well. It was a easy process from start to finish, windows top quality and fitters were friendly and quick. Thankyou supaglazing for making my cold and draughty house cosy and warm again. I would highly recommend them Edit.... I'm a former worker at supaglazing and was made to leave this review with 5 stars (which I've now changed). There had been a lot of negative reviews at the time and so the workers were asked (not like there was much of a choice really anyway) to make up fake profiles and give five stars to prop up their ratings, this is in general how everything works at supaglazing. It's a put up and shut up kind of attitude, which is how the place is also run. As someone who worked there many years and knows the ins and outs of how everything is run I would strongly advise anyone to steer well clear. Obviously the choice is yours, but don't say I didn't warn you. I wish I had something nice to say about the place, but in all honesty I don't.. at all. So take all 5 star ratings on here with a pinch of salt, you're better looking at the lower ratings to get a overall and more accurate view of the place

Had a sales person in to quote to fit a new window with cut out said they could do it in a week so agreed they could do the work we had to chase every day as they never called to let us know what was going on It took nearly 6 weeks turned out the survey was on holiday and he was the only one they have when he turned up was in for 2 mins as they tried to instal the new window by luck the council turned up and stopped the work as they had the wrong RSJ which they was trying to fit after being told which RSJ they needed to fit so thanks to Medway council the job got done eventually. If a sales person is on the phone to your building control manager at your premises telling them it is a cut out and install and the only way the customer will place the order is if can be done in a week and they tell you yes you as a building company know what time it takes if the council was needed also I had already spoke to the council and they said they needed 48 hours notice to attend still not 6 weeks that it took I was a customer 8 years ago and gave them a second chance but for the second time very disappointed and will never use again

Windows were installed to a very hight standard despite a few setback which were not the fault of the installers.Have used this company before hence the return this time.Would recommend

Brillant company. Wouldnt use anyone else. Defiently recommend to others. Workman were the hardest working people. And perfection isnt the word.

Pleasant Sales Team, very polite and friendly, good installers, polite estimators. Aftersales service and Warrantee team are polite and efficient. I have had some issues but these are being resolved efficiently. Even invited me in for a cup of coffee.

First rate service from start to finish Even when I had to change my fitting dates they are so helpful from Emma and Kelly The fitters (brothers) were a joy from being on time to explaining what was happening Will use again and definitely recommend

We are very happy with Supaglazing. They are very reliable, good price and quick on getting someone out to see you. The men who put the front door were very well mannered and polite and helpful. Can't fault anything. Definitely recommend them.

The service from start to finish was excellent. An appointment was easy to arrange, there was no sales tactics. We were quoted the price of the whole job, no hidden extras. There was no pressure to make a decision there and then by the sales director. All questions were answered and not danced around. Once the deposit was paid, the survey took place a couple days later at a time to suit us. Installers worked hard. We are very pleased with quality of the door and windows. From start to finish it took three weeks. (In February). All staff were friendly, down to earth, polite and professional, from the sales team, surveyor, installers to the admin team. I would definately use Supaglazing in Strood again.

From start to finish a great experience, they NEVER came and gave quotes of ten thousand pounds, if we buy now you can have for blah blah bla..... They came and measured the windows with questions on amount of openers, style of doors and handles and quoted with fair price from the off. Then the surveyor came around and measured and gave an install date. We changed our minds on opening in two windows with no problems when called to change a day later. Then the two chaps that arrived spot on time at 9am sheeted the carpets and got to work, kept them supplied with tea and they worked non stop through the day. Hey cleaned away each room as they went and finished the snagging up as they went. Would recommend Supaglazing 5* rating from us

The Guys that came and installed the Bi-Fold doors were brilliant. Very polite and cleaned up all the mess from taking the doors out and replacing them. I would have no problem recommending Supaglazing

DO NOT USE. We paid 50% deposit for 6 windows & a front door from Supaglazing and everything had faults, from windows being too small to misaligned frames and inconsistent trim used to glue over the frames. Supaglazing left screws over our drive and grass, which could have damaged our cars and caused injury. We still can’t understand how it only took 4 hours to fit the 6 windows, even with the poor workmanship. We had to replace the windows and door from a different supplier, at our own cost, as a FENSA certificate could not be issued, also the windows were deemed to not comply to the Glass and Glazing Federations Code of Practice and not of satisfactory quality as deemed by the Court appointed expert witness Suaglazing blamed my wife for not checking measurements, accused us of lying, trying to con them and that we had no intension of paying, even after paying 50% upfront. Supaglazing’s owner was extremely rude, aggressive and threatened to come and take the windows out, which caused a lot of destress, as I was working away from home. A few members of staff seemed to be trying to resolve the issue, but the owner of Superglazing could only be described as totally uncooperative and in denial of any problems. After taking Supaglazing to court, which took 2 ½ years and several court appearances we got our money back with a High Court Writ. No one should ever have to put up with kind of service and inconvenience. No doubt Supaglazing will again say this is all lies!! Supaglazing don’t even deserve 1 star, but that’s the lowest that can be given!

I'm so happy I chose this company to fit my door and windows. The door is outstanding quality and the windows were fitted with exceptional attention to detail by the two fitters who overcame any issue with a positive attitude and high standard of workmanship. Fitters were friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to my closest friends and family. Thanks Supaglazing!

UPDATE: Supaglazing have called me a liar. So, to set the record straight, I will clarify. I received a voicemail on Bank Holiday Monday just 10 minutes before the fitters were due to arrive. It said that the fitters hadn't shown up and wouldn't be coming. The office then said in an email the next day that it was because of "illness". Yet, they informed Trustpilot that the fitters were caught "in traffic". So, who is lying?? Here is an extract of one of the delightful emails received from this unprofessional company: "You received a telephone call from a manager from the office on Bank Holiday Monday stating the installation would not be taking place due to fitter illness this is beyond the companies control." Oh, and before I go, there have been four or five "positive reviews" since mine - most are from company employees and their families. Perhaps Truspilot would like to investigate? Just log on to "LinkedIn" and you will see all their details. I stand by my original review, except now I think even less of this despicable company. I Arranged installation of 6 windows and a door on a Friday. One man arrived with his girlfriend who had been "training" for just 2 weeks. Although on site for 6 hours only 3 windows were installed. Arranged installation of the remaining 3 windows and door for the following Friday but company cancelled the day before and re-arranged installation for the following Monday. No one showed up and couldn't contact Supaglazing. Eventually made contact the next day. Staff were very rude and threatening on telephone and in emails. I wanted to cancel the sale but was threatened with court action. The windows and door were eventually installed the following weekend. I only hope that nothing goes wrong with them because I never want to deal with this company again.

had windows and conservatory fitted,had problems from the start,altered the start date,would not return calls,staff were very rude on the phone,when I did get through.when they did start,I had no problems with the builders who done the brick work,as for the fitters on the plastic work,they did not fit is correctly,so another team had to come and sort it out.I had them round a number of times,when they did not cancel that is.when I work was finished I thought good it finished,how wrong was I.There was more water,condisation on the inside,than outside,the director told me it was winter,so it would be wet inside,the roof leaked,it took them 3 attempts to correct this,.I owed them £200, I withheld this until the job was finished,that's when the threats started,they threatened to take the conservatory doors off until I paid this amount.Would I recommend them to anybody,the answer is NO,I have read trust pilots guild lines,and have abided by there rules when writing this true facts about my experience with this company.Supaglazing said this review is incorrect and untrue,I do not tell lies,why write a review,if the so called company can get it removed if it is not in their favour.
