SupaGlazing started as a family business in 1981, which has expanded tremendously over the last 37 years. The reason for this is the high quality products supplied together with good quick service and ethical trading – our customers don’t have to wait weeks and weeks for their windows etc. We are well known for our speedy delivery usually 2 – 3 weeks from a firm order. Our factory is situated at Strood and customers are welcome to visit and look around. We also have 3 showrooms situated around Kent.

Really pleased with Supa glazing we did notice some of the reviews and were not sure at first but George was so lovely and everyone in the office that you speak to is great. They have helped me when things have changed slightly as well. The fitters Dave and Luke have been wonderful and the workmanship is excellent and so efficient. We had new front door , French's doors and all new windows bar one as that wasn't very old. They look beautiful in the anthracite grey I'm so pleased with them. They also had to do some bricking up for us which is excellently done. So pleased will use them in the future as I think I want that window we didn't do done 😂 All the best Nikki Ogilvy

What can I say, a fabulous job done from Supaglazing. The team with Acer at the wheel and his mate were perfect. They finished off everything to perfection, and nothing was too much trouble. I made the right choice going with Superglaze, so so happy with the completed work. Thank you to the guys who did the work and the office that kept the courtesy calls coming to make sure we were happy with the work. This is the company to use Brilliant.

Our bi-fold doors are over nine years old and we had a major problem with the doors not opening. After a visit from Steve and a lengthy negotiation we managed to solve the problem suitable to both sides.

From start to finish, all very professional and polite. George the salesman was first, not pushy at all, very relaxed and left us to make our own mind up. Didn't mind when we changed our requirements at the last minute. We had Asa and Joad come to fit and a builder for a day for some brickwork which needed doing. Nothing seemed too much trouble , they arrived in time, worked very efficiently and thoroughly and were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Even fixed a door for us that hadn't been closing properly for ages, gave us lots of advice and Asa gave us his number if we have any problems. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The fitter called Acer was extremely competant at his job and was very friendly. There were two problems. The company didn't send windowsills, so Acer got straight on the phone and sorted it out immediately. The company then sent them out. They also sent a window without an opening but again Acer sorted it and it will be changed when they come back to put in our new front door. Very professional and helpful. Would recommend this fitter and company 100%

We would like to thank Asa and Joal for fitting our windows. They were very helpful, honest and great to deal with. They listened to our needs and worked hard through the job impressively. We were impressed with the speed and service which they delivered. They were a joy to have over during the window fittings. We will be recommending them and super glazing to our friends. Had 2 bays 1 door and 7 windows fitted by supaglazing this week. Was sold them by George, very nice man who went through everything with us . Had Asa and his mate come and do the fitting, done a very good job on all windows and door. They also attended to my front door witch had dropped now shuts fine . So thanks to them for doing that . Very polite and no job to small . Would recommend them and use them again.

Had 2 windows fitted, and some tweaking of doors done by Asa of Supaglazing, always had Asa do my work when it comes to Windows and doors, new installs, repairs and tweaks. Over 10 years of great service from Asa, great workmanship, tidy and helpful in answering any questions.

Recently had new windows fitted by Asa at Supaglazing. Great job. Very helpful, polite and didn't stop. Even though that week the weather wasn't great at all. Answered all put questions and looking forward to having back to fit a new front door. Top job

Supa Service from start to finish. Had new windows installed last month, the rep was brilliant made it very easy to understand and we knew exactly what we was paying for. As this is our first home this was our first time doing this and I will certainly it be using them again. Installation was spot on and they done everything they said they would do. Spot on from start to finish.

Recommended to use Superglazing to have a new patio door fitted by ASA. Wasn’t disappointed great service from ordering right through to fitting. Will definitely use again and recommend. COVID guidelines followed.👍

More than pleased with the work Asa and his colleague carried out in our apartment. Despite there being some confusion at the start regarding the need for scaffolding, we finally got there and SupaGlazing delivered. They had installed all windows efficiently and they were kind enough to walk us through the various features. Genuinely nice guys and a solid choice for window replacements. Thanks again!

Can not fault service we have received from Superglazing changing our front door and some window. From George quoting to speaking to ladies in the office and Asa fitting. Can’t not recommend enough, highly professional and great customer service and satisfaction. Fitting was explained and carried out to high standard. Will definitely be using again.

This was my second positive experience with SUPAGLAZING: from the double home visit of a member of the family who ownes the firm, to the CUSTOMER SERVICE headed by lovely Ms Catchlove and later from Steve 'the artist' who should sign his glass work, to super ASA "the man" of the final assembling, answering all questions with professional attitude and great care for the details. Supaglazing have been so very good with our old windows.we had them fitted 30 years ago.we didn't hesitate to use them again. Asa and Joel were excellent at fitting,Asa did a minor repair on an old door for us,which I was very grateful for. I wont hesitate recommending them to anyone,Thanks again Chris Dodd.

The job was scheduled for 2 days. They turned up today as a team of 4, then completed the job from start to finish in just 4 hours. The speed was fantastic and gives us entire day back. All the staff were friendly, professional and took time to answer questions when needed.

December 2020: A leaking conservatory roof and this is in the same place as a previous in mid-summer 2020. Supaglazing fixed the original leak with a paint type waterproof sealer. I was not happy with that but had enough of chasing them therefore accepted that in the hope it would not leak again. Then the leak appeared again in December 2020. After many phone calls/emails from me, I got rudeness from 2 staff before they agreed to visit couple of days before Christmas. We had to cancel due to suspected Covid & advised Supglazing accordingly and an appointment was agreed for 13/01/2021 to investigate & repair conservatory leak and ongoing double door locking problem. 13th January 2021 a Supaglazing gent came out to look at and fix leak and replace double door lock. He was given the wrong locking mechanism and that was not his fault. He looked at the leak and said he could see the problem but could not fix as it was raining as he would need to redo the sealer and dry weather required and he would update his manager. Again I had to chase/phone and email Supaglazing several times to get them to re-visit on the 5th February 2021 5th February 2021: Supaglazing staff arrived lot earlier than agreed therefore I could not go to the property at that time. They were aware I do not live at the property. They fitted the lock mechanism and this is very stiff & needs to be resolved. They did not fix the leak as the staff cited they were not advised about the leak & so could not fix it. As usual, no update/contact from Supaglazing, I therefore made a few calls to Supaglazing & was always advised someone will call back but never did. 10th February 2021: As I got no update/ response from them, I had no choice & sent standard consumer rights letter. The email and letter gave them 14 days to resolve leak and lock. (I confirmed via phone call on the same day that my email was received) Today is the 14th day (23/02/2021) and not had a whisper from them. I will wait until close close of business as it is the 14th day today. If I'm not contacted by tomorrow I will have to get repaired myself and already spent a lot of time doing my research to get a quotes from credible repair experts and quotes all costing me stress, worry, time. The property is still being damaged by the rain leak. I will certainly update this review in fairness to all. As it stands I would never, never ever use this company again as they have made me ill with worry and stress. NB: I can relate to the vast majority of negative reviews here. Note, the positive reviews, many have been "invited." I've been with Trustpilot for years and never before had to leave a review like this. Regarding FENSA. Be advised that conservatories, are NOT Covered By FENSA. As far as I can tell, they belong to no organisation that can act as a mediator re conservatories when things go wrong, so you are on your own. The 10 year Insurance policy they offer is only good if they/Supaglazing go insolvent otherwise it is no use to you. I just wished I'd read the reviews on this and another site. I promise to update as appropriate. =========== 24th February 2021 UPDATE as promised. I noted late last night a voice message left just after 4pm from Supglazing staff. They have offered us and appointment on the 17th March 2021 in the morning. This is almost 6 weeks since they last visited. I'm not happy with this delay as the property is subject to more damage. However, I have to accept otherwise I'd invalid the years of warranty remaining on this conservatory as advised by them if I was to source an independent repair. Update: Supglazing got in touch with me and came out 2nd March 2021. The staff member (Gents Name Removed By Reviewer) had a look and fixed the lock. He also confirmed leak to the conservatory roof but would need to re-visit 08/03/2021) to repair roof as may not be able to finish that day. I was happy with that. 8th March, the same gent (Gents Name Removed By Reviewer) revisited and did what he needed to do. I was happy with this gent's intervention. We are both aware that there is always a small chance that the conservatory may leak again due to the nature of leaks. It has not rained since this repair made yesterday and the test will come when it does, I am happy with the way this gent has dealt with the situation during the two visits and recent communications by him. I will update again re repair if required. Update: 19/05/2021: Very odd, email received from Trustpilot today asking me to remove "name." It is very odd as I only used the name in the context of praising this member of staff. No big deal I have removed name. I wonder why this request was received weeks after I last updated the review. Update 25 May Re repair carried out on 8 March by their member of staff, happy to report no further leaks thanks to the staff/gent that did the repair.

I am so grateful for the work the guys did replacing 3 windows in the flat . They were on time and also cleaned up after the work was done. Thank you guys and I highly recommend this service.
