SupaGlazing started as a family business in 1981, which has expanded tremendously over the last 37 years. The reason for this is the high quality products supplied together with good quick service and ethical trading – our customers don’t have to wait weeks and weeks for their windows etc. We are well known for our speedy delivery usually 2 – 3 weeks from a firm order. Our factory is situated at Strood and customers are welcome to visit and look around. We also have 3 showrooms situated around Kent.
Overall we are very happy with the sale and installation of our double patio doors and front door. Fitted to a high standard and the fitter was very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.

A great family business I used to fit double glazing in my properties in East London. Quality products and quality workmanship assured throughout 15 years of my dealing with this company.
Good quality windows, fitted within timescales suggested, turned up on time and got on with the job. Only gripe was the fitters left a filthy mess in the kitchen, oven was covered in dust and debris as were all the sides and floor. Maybe dust sheets would have eliminated some of the mess.

Had our front porch porch replaced a short time ago and was really pleased with the service product and installation. We recommend supaglazing to our son who has just had his windows replaced with first class results. We would not hesitate to recommend supaglazing to anyone.
Any jobs we have had done by Supaglaze have been done on time and to a satisfactory standard. Any reservations I have concern the quality of the products fitted. For example a door sill that broke and had to be replaced and the quality of finish on our front door which has a rather wrinkled finish to it. The staff are pleasant and set about their work competently.
1 star equates to unacceptable experience, unreasonable, and rude conduct. If I could give Zero I would! Cutting a long story short, paid deposit, "eventually" someone turned up carried out less than a days work and left us with a dangerous gas breach. Put work on hold and which was followed up by a very rude, abrupt phone call shouting and balling telling me what I had done wrong?. Had a meeting and gave them second chance, lack of planning meant that did not happen and communication was very limited and slow. Requested cancel contract due to lack of faith, all fault being denied. Started court proceedings, got court date, they wanted further meeting we agreed and had confirmed in writing we had settled and (as requested by them) informed the court so case cancelled. Chasing payment for over a month despite having provided bank details, communications stopped so now going through the whole process again. It has caused us so much trouble and grief not only being out of pocket, but much, much time preparing court case. Obviously as they have very little to prepare and I would imagine go through it often enough to not even worry them the problem of paying for it became ours. I will update this review after our case has been heard, but whatever the outcome as we should not even be forced down this route. Obviously I say all of this safe in the knowledge I can back all of this up and am happy to do that. I could not recommend this company. 14.03.2019 I have now had to send proof to Trustpilot that I was a customer, Supaglazing deny I had a genuine "Buying or Service experience" with them and requested the review removed. I have sent trust pilot the evidence and hopefully it will appear again soon. Just another example of the depths they will go.
This the second time we have used supa glazing and so pleased we did the 1st experience was great a conservatory we had built , which is why we choose them Again to install our windows and lovely composite door , George come out to us and no pushy on selling very good advice he gave me and my wife not trying to hard sell showed us the window units they make did not just bring it in asked us if we would like to see them, Emma was fantastic with me and my wife through the whole process and clear and very patient she is a credit to supaglazing, And for the 4 fitters that arrived was brilliant they got on with the job they set out to do and worked hard cleaned my home all the way did not have to clean up after them they were spot on for us and all I can say Is in the near future we will choose supa glazing for more projects to come thank you again supa glazing you have transformed our home and the nice modern look
I purchased double glazing from this company in October 2018 and was very happy with the whole process from ordering to fitting. Unfortunately three months after installation the front door developed a fault. I had arranged for the problem to be rectified between 12 noon and 5pm on Friday 18 January but was telephoned at 11.15am on that day and informed that the piece of equipment needed to repair my door had been reassigned to another job by a senior manager and my job would have to be rescheduled. Having arranged to be at home so the fault could be fixed I was not impressed with the company's organisation. I also discovered that my installation has not been registered with FENSA and that my 10 year guarantee had not been sent to me despite three and a half months having passed since I paid for the installation in full. When I spoke to one of the directors of the company she was rude and unhelpful and showed no inclination to solve the problem. When I telephone the company the person I need to speak to regarding the FENSA certificate and guarantee is never available and my calls are never returned. Previously I would have highly recommended this company but now I am unable to do that. I understand why the company has survived so long because the sales staff and fitters are good at their jobs. Unfortunately the company's aftercare leaves a lot to be desired. Update: A representative from Supaglazing has now phoned me to discuss these issues.
quite disappointed with the product, the finish and how unhelpful many members of staff are, i won’t mention names at the moment but i will do when i’m finished and satisfied but it’s like it’s taking ages

I had a full house refurb, great price and fantastic quality windows and doors. Polite and friendly fitting teams and baring a bit of a delay getting it the last bit of trim finished I am very happy with the now completed job.
The fitters worked hard with an excellent result so much so I have decided to have the rest of the house done next year
We had a new composite front door installed and are very happy with it - only took a few hours and looks great. We had all the windows in our house replaced by Supaglazing 5 years ago, and returned to order this door, which was a good price too. Would recommend and use again.
I placed my order in August and despite assurances that my doors will be installed within 4 weeks still no installation date. When I chased them eventually I've been told they cannot supply the front door I have ordered. I was being given conflicting information - the surveyor told me that I only need to select a different glass for the door but when I called few days later to check on the progress I have been informed that I need to select a completely different door from their new brochure. I still don't know which is the case as they are not returning my calls. I tried to cancel the order but they are not responding to my emails. It is very frustrating as I cannot go anywhere else until Supaglazing confirm that either they will return my deposit or fulfill the order. UPDATE Following this review Supaglazing refunded my deposit.
Very happy with work, will use SupaGlazing again. Fitters were very pleasant and helpful.
Fitter very nice , but information not passed on to him regarding removal of blinds.This had been agreed with myself ( Mrs Allen )and your company director .Both the fitter and his assistant were polite and helpful, they did take blinds down but they were not refitted on completion of the job, also as the new roof is higher I thought there would have been a finishing strip of white PVC would of been fitted to the inside wall.
Competent, knowledgeable salesman, painstaking surveyor, excellent and professional fitting and a reasonable all-inclusive price. No quibbles just great service.
