SupaGlazing started as a family business in 1981, which has expanded tremendously over the last 37 years. The reason for this is the high quality products supplied together with good quick service and ethical trading – our customers don’t have to wait weeks and weeks for their windows etc. We are well known for our speedy delivery usually 2 – 3 weeks from a firm order. Our factory is situated at Strood and customers are welcome to visit and look around. We also have 3 showrooms situated around Kent.
Would like to say a big thank you for doing my windows, they look amazing, excellent job, they worked really hard and it is much appreciated, excellent service from sales to fitting, have tagged pictures on Facebook highly recommend.
Fitters worked hard all day. Great job from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Excellent job! Very professional !!!
My overall experience of supaglazing has been 5*! Great customer service and overall a fab experience. I cant thank you enough. :)
Edited as didn't realise shouldn't put names of people (the names I mentioned were the good ones, changing now) It all started off very well with the owner and another member of staff coming around to quote whom were very nice. Unfortunately mostly downhill from there Were advised it would take 2 days, ended up taking 6 (an estimate is fine but 3 times the length of time quoted is a little excessive and its mainly because the team that were assigned to us turned up late and left early everyday, did 11-4 shifts). The team asked for a vacuum cleaner to tidy up but then just left it all (rubble left everywhere and could tell vacuum hadn't been used as it had been emptied 2 hours before they required it and after they left it was still empty) I will say the above 2 paragraphs are only relating to the team that was assigned to complete our job, on one day we had a number of other members of staff who arrived between 8.30 and 9, they DID clean up after themselves but unfortunately the main team left a sour taste Property was damaged by workmen, you are aware this can happen as they are removing big items in windows and door however, they advised they had repaired it, I then had a different trades person come in 3 weeks later and it feel apart and found out that they hadn't filled the cavities where the windows had been installed to 60% with foam and had used tissue paper to bulk out work. Called complaints manager who was rude and aggressively advised my wife "maybe I should come around your house and pick faults with your trades person's work" (if a company does work to a high standard they should have no issues with someone checking over things, especially as the trades person wasn't actually looking for faults it was just obvious to someone who knows what they are looking at) I wasn't very happy with this so called the complaints manager myself, I asked what the complaints process is to which I was told "I'm It, put it in writing), as I was asking for the e-mail address to write to the phone was slammed down by said complaints manager SupaGlazing engineer attended shortly after my phone call, where my trades person explained what they had found, the SupaGlazing engineer explained that it was not to the normal high standard of work and he would raise it internally but to send through pictures of what we found as part of the complaint (my wife obtained the e-mail address the day after) My trades person has now rectified the damage that was caused by the window fitter at a cost to myself I have no issue with the windows/frames they use, they actually look of a very good standard (although it has only been a couple of weeks) but the professionalism of the team we had was very poor and the rudeness of the complaints manager was astonishing. Really I would rate this company as a 1 star, however I am an optimist and I hope it is purely the team we were assigned and the complaints manager that are the issue, like I said the other workmen we had, the owner, the person who came to quote, and the look of the windows and doors I actually really like. I have made an official complaint and dependent on how that goes I may increase/decrease this rating accordingly (as it may be dealt with superbly and therefore increasing the number of good things against bad accordingly)
The work was carried out in a clean manner plus it was done effectively. in addition I'm very pleased with my results and decision in chosing supaglazing they truly are amazing
The company director was extremely rude to my wife. She was condescending and patronising. My wife was extremely upset by the whole experience of using Supaglazing. Definitely unacceptable customer service given to us.
I spoke to the Company Director who was extremely rude and what she said goes!!
The fitters were very hard working and cleaned up very well afterwards. I am very pleased with their work and their professionalism! Thank you!
Very good and clean workers. Kept very busy all the time. Very pleasant and very polite.
The people that work in the office have the worst customer service I have ever seen or heard of. They would not return phone calls
Had I relied on the reviews alone, I would not have used this company, but theywere recommended to me by a friend who is savvy and I trust. I was very happy with the whole process. From the initial sales person who came to our house and no heavy sell, to the team who fitted them and were respectful of our home and efficient. The Windows/ doors also look great and I Will probably use them again to do the back of the house.
New comment- supaglazing seem to think I am not a customer but I have submitted my order and invoice to Trustpilot for verification that I had French doors fitted in january this year and I have not violated anything. As per other comments the people in the office are rude and disrespectful- all I wanted was a good job on the French doors and just had a 4th visit to rectify the faults . This review is for a job done by Supaglazing this year - I am not reviewing the job done in previous years but merely pointing out that the company is not reliable. Today I have yet again phoned them to fix a fault. Still no response to my letter of complaint on the job recently completed. How rude. Please read whole story. Seven years ago Supaglazing installed 6 Windows. A good job and completely satisfied. Two years later more Windows installed to an extension. A good job and completely satisfied. Present day January I had a window converted to French doors. Today 27 February the 2 day job has finally been completed after numerous return visits to fix faults. Many phone calls to the office, rudely spoken to etc. The communication is abysmal, fitters don't turn up on time and today's visit was supposed to include a fault on one of the previous installations that I have been trying to get fixed since last December. Due to lack of communication yet again the hinge on the window has not been fixed as the engineer apparently didn't know anything about it. I wrote to the managing director last week with no response. This company has totally gone down hill and I really wouldn't recommend. I realise there are many satisfied customers and I would love to be one but because of this appalling job cannot be so.
I'm delighted with my new staircase window as it now matches the others. The whole service from Supaglazing was excellent! Everyone arrived when they said they would on time and the job was completed from start to finish in a week. The fitter worked alone and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He was friendly and chatty without being over familiar. The job was done in less than two hours. When I can afford it I'll use Supaglazing again. I don't mean it was expensive because it was the best quotation I had for the quality.
I was very hesitant to use supaglazing after I had read some of the reviews on here however I agreed to purchase a Conservatory from them in January - after I had just about every double glazing firm in the UK come to quote, most of them just gave it the hard sell with very little listening or actual understanding of what it was that I wanted - or they simply didn't have the expertise to do it. The very worse cuplirits of this were Anglian who basically forgot appointments and mixed up my details about a handful of times and Zenith who's salesman Andrew was positively a disturbing experience he- literally wouldn't leave our house (left about midnight) and wouldn't give up on chasing us even after this for a few weeks for an order this really put us off them big time. Tony the salesman that supaglazing sent round was great he didn't stay long before he cut to the chase - what is it that you want and how much do you want to pay for it? We got to a figure that was in line with my budget but MORE importantly it was for exactly what I wanted as Tony listened carefully and designed it exactly how I asked him to, so I paid deposit and they got to work almost straight away give or take a week. We had many issues with the build throughout , when things were missed out and bricks were put in the wrong place, however I must say that each issue I outlined they did put right almost immediately, this is what set them apart as I'm sure there competitors wouldn't have reacted the same way and with the same speed.. The build went over by a few months (in total 3-4 months from start to finish) but I am very happy to say that the end product is generally great and I am very pleased with the way this company treated me. I would like to mention in particular Peter the site manager and Tony the salesman who were especially good in the way they dealt with us from start to finish , in fact all the guys from Supa were- Super!
we have just had 5 windows at the back of my house installed and they look amazing. they respected my house and cleaned up after definitely going back to supaglazing for my front windows.
Really pleased with our purchase. The price was competitive and there were no gimmicks or sales pressures that we experienced with other companies. We got a very good price without the usual - "if you buy today" or "let me call my manager to see if we can get a deal" rubbish. They beat all other quotes without even knowing what they were. The service was professional and fast. The finished product fitted looks great and we are very happy. We had a minor problem after the install when the fitters had left. This was rectified smoothly and we had someone out to sort things within half an hour of our call. Next time we need any other service we'll cut out all the hassle and go straight to SUPAGLAZING.
We were very impressed with our whole experience with Supaglazing. We had 8 windows (inc. two large bay windows), a composite front door, a back door and french doors fitted. The price was considerably cheaper than competitors, but the saving didn't equate to any compromise on the quality of the windows or the service we received. The windows and doors were installed a matter of days after the order, and the fitters were very tidy, professional and hard working. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to someone and I will be sure to bring back repeat business to this company in the future.
