Mar 03,2025Pre arranged smart meter booking arranged for 3 march 25 between 11-3pm. No show. Text sent and message left on answer machine of engineer that was due according to day before confirmation. Also spent over 30 minutes being held in a queue without response. Travelled 30 mile round trip to be here for my elderly mother in sheltered housing unit to allow this conversion. What a waste of everyone's time. Not happy.

He was polite courteous and doh friendly, my pooch Alfie also approves of his presence. Seamless and timely delivery of the needed upgrades.

Mar 01,2025Nice fella (Lloyd Madamba) did a great job. Was here longer than planned after a few issues but still wasn’t very long. The only gripe is they he didn’t clean up after himself and we had to sweep all the wire cuttings up as we have a small dog.

Feb 27,2025I’ve just had my meters changed by Dean Bowen, he was incredibly polite and respectful, when he opened and closed doors he ensured to do it as quietly as he could even though it wasn’t necessary, did the work clean and tidy, couldn’t have asked for a better engineer.

Feb 27,2025My gas smart meter stopped working yesterday and Octopus Energy sent a Providor operative to my property within 3 hours. Haider Ahmed was a loverly engineer, very polite and knowledgeable, he changed both my smart meters in super quick time then checked that both gas and electricity was working perfectly before he left. A real credit to Providor.

Feb 26,2025Haider Ahmed was professional, courteous and very efficient in handling our gas meter change, especially after the range needed extending from the standard 10 meter unit which didn’t connect as we are in a first floor apartment with gas and electric meter cupboard over 10 meters apart. He kept us informed about the availability of a DB 25m range meter and completed the changeover after just a few days, even though he was very busy on other jobs. He confirmed the new meter had connected so we should get ongoing smart readings on both meters from now on.

Feb 26,2025Excellent service today from Haider Ahmed. My appointment today was to fit a new 3 phase smart meter. A single phase engineer turned up! He reported the problem and just 2 hours later Haider arrived and took just 20 minutes to fit. Very pleased
