Jun 25,2021Purchased a Tern GSD S00, the service was excellent, from the sleek and easy to use website, generous accessories offer, secure purchase process, speedy delivery, to the high quality of communication. I had quite a few queries to be sure the bike was a good fit. Surge Bikes responded quickly with spot on advice each time. Based on my experience I couldn't recommend any improvements - even the price was much lower than I'd anticipated due to the SurgeBoost Accessories deal allowing me to include all the accessories I required for no extra cost.

Surge Bikes took delivery of my new Ordu TT bike, although it’s not an E-Bike they took great care of me through the process and assembled the bike ready for collection. Jun 20,2021I placed an order with Surge Bikes in March for an Orbea Wild FS e-Mtb. I had researched this bike and decided that it was the one. But it was out of stock everywhere. I contacted Surge and was informed that they were expecting an order in a two months but I could use their online ordering system and secure a bike with a small deposit. I had a few queries about p&p to channel island and always received prompt emails from Matt. The bike was dispatched to me within a week of it arriving at Surge. The bike arrived assembled in a box, wrapped in bubble wrap, strapped to a pallet. There was no way this was going to be damaged in transit! This care and attention to detail gives me confidence in giving Surge 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction.

Jun 19,2021Great service, I’m so happy I found SURGE BIKES great advice from the start , I had an idea what I wanted when I went in but Matt advised me buy a different model because it suited my needs better even thou it was a cheaper bike ! I had a warranty issue that was sorted with one phone call . Really great service and the boost makes the deal even better , I’m definitely coming back for my next bike .

Jun 17,2021After much research and listening to local e-bike owners I decided to buy an Orbea Gain. The Orbea suited my riding style (gravel and road) and my budget! Finding a bike was the next issue. Owing to the general situation, finding a dealer with stock in March 2021 was very difficult. Searching the internet I came across Surge Bikes, who could supply an Orbea Gain, right spec., right colour and size, in May 2021. I spoke to Matt on the phone and explained that I lived 100kms away. Matt was happy to have the bike delivered, but my preference was to pick the bike up myself. The bike became available on time and I was then able to take advantage of the Surge Boost offer. Surge Bikes was not known to me, since, not knowing the area, I was unable to guage local opinion on bike shop reputation. I need not have been concerned since I received both courteous and efficient service from Matt and his team. Since Surge Bikes is not going to be my LOCAL bike shop, (too far to just drop in!) it has been important that Matt has always answered my emails promptly and has always been able to answer my questions. It is excellent customer service to look after your customers and Matt and his team have certainly done that. I have no reservations in recommending Surge Bikes and, will more than likely, buy from them again. CAH Somerset

Jun 17,2021I ordered a orbea wild fs after speaking with matt, the bike arrived just over a month later as I was told when Ordered. Wow what a great bike. Love it! Had a slight issue with the cassette but i just popped it back to matt and all was sorted. Great service and would highly recommend surge for you next ebike, that's where my next upgrade will be coming from

Jun 16,2021Surge were helpful from the off when I was initially discussing options for a new emtb, as the Merida was in stock I plumped for that, Surge had no qualms about my requests for setting the bike up. The bike was delivered with the accessories (on the 10% Surge Boost deal) all FOC. Unfortunately the bike had developed a fault in transit, however Surge were quick to turn the situation around by switching the bike for another new one all set up as previous and all delivered to my door with no grumbles. They have also been very good with communications and have answered any queries I have raised. All in all a very satisfactory buying experience and a bike shop I would heartily recommend.

Jun 15,2021Thank you - I found a link to your website via a recommendation on FB. This was fantastic timing as I was looking for a local supplier that had stock available in my frame size. Great to see a bike shop with stock. Upon sending my email with my enquiry I received a very fast and helpful response from Matt. I arranged a Covid safe appointment and met Matt to see the bike and try the frame size as I needed an XS. Fantastic customer service and very helpful. No pushy sales team. Good communication from ordering to collection. Loved the surge Boost free accessories that came with the bike - great idea. Love my bike and have already recommended them to friends. I would highly recommend Surge Bikes.

Jun 11,2021At a time where most bike shops have nothing to sell i found it almost too good to be true that Surge could offer the exact bike i wanted at a price that was lower than anywhere else. Bit Skeptical to be honest but these guys absolutely pulled it out of the bag for me - normally when something seems too good it usually is but in this case i have the right bike, as promised and at a brilliant price. Jun 01,2021I approached Surge Bikes in January wanting to order an Orbea Gain road bike, Matt was very helpful and explained that there was a long lead-time for the bike I wanted but had a custom bike on order which I could select my own colour scheme for no extra cost. Matt went through the process with me and gave me a rough idea of delivery date. The Surge Boost offer gave me the opportunity to add some extra's at no extra charge! Extremely pleased with the whole service given by Matt and his team!

I had several online conversations about suitable ebikes with Matt at Surge bikes and following his advice I took the plunge and bought a hardtail ebike. I Had not ridden a bike for about 20 years and I knew very little about ebikes, apart from YouTube clips, so I was very grateful for the for the (socially distanced) one to one tuition from the Surge Bike team member who delivered my shiny new toy.
