Jul 14,2020When Chris came to our house last Tuesday never would I have believed by Thursday my new boiler would be fitted. Excellent service and workmanship from both Chris and Jamie. Jamie arrived on the Thursday morning and never stopped working all day. Work was completed on time and to a very high standard. Would highly recommend The Boiler Exchange to anyone.

Really made me begrudge spending several thousands of pounds on the resumption of an equitable temperature much less than I could have.

Jul 13,2020We had a few quotes and options and decided on the Boiler Exchange Co due to their knowledge and the confidence that Chris gave us that they would do a quality job. We were changing from a very old boiler and tanks to a new combi system. Chris covered all aspects of the installation, talking us through the whole process and what to expect. It was not an easy job and Jamie the engineer had a solution for every obstacle he came across. Chris kept in touch the whole time to keep us up to date with what was happening. Excellent company to deal with, professional and top quality service. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

The customer service this company has is outstanding, they communicate very well to keep you up to date! Well done!

Jul 12,2020Having made the decision to change our boiler in the middle of lockdown, we were sceptical about how to proceed. Replacing a boiler is a big and expensive job, but ours required to be moved rooms which promised to be an invasive process. Following quotations & visits from multiple companies, we contacted The Boiler Exchange. From that moment, we were provided a service of the highest quality and never looked back. Chris arrived promptly and was exceptionally thorough in his surveying approach, talking through multiple options for the work. His honesty and professionalism immediately led us to believe the The Boiler Exchange were the right company for the job. James arrived and was outstanding from start to finish. His diligence and thorough workmanship turned what was a tricky and complex job into a seamless process over the two days. The home visit talked us through the process and options in detail, which filled us with optimism. The knowledge Chris has is exceptional and he conveys this in a calm and assured manner to the customer. From the moment James arrived he was hard working, efficient and absolutely fantastic (I couldn’t praise him enough!) I was sceptical about the reviews because everyone said how great they were... but it’s true! A truly brilliant company! The speed from first visit to install (1 week) was exceptional and I would recommend The Boiler Exchange to anybody.

Jun 30,2020We had just bought a new house with a 17 year old boiler which broke and needed replacing immediately. With absolutely no knowledge of boilers, I did the sensible thing and requested surveys and quotes from 3 different local companies. Chris from Boiler Exchange who came to do our survey blew the competition out of the water! He called within half an hour of my online enquiry to arrange a time to visit the next day. He was so patient and happily answered our many many questions about boilers. It never felt like a sales pitch, just someone who was genuinely trying to help us make the best decision. His recommendations were thorough and we knew exactly what we were getting throughout the survey. As a comparison, the other companies just briefly came to look at our existing boiler and left before emailing quotes of mid-range boilers with a lot of jargon. Chris made some excellent recommendations for getting a Veissmann combi boiler, with a long warranty and we decided to sign contracts on the Friday, with installation booked for the Monday - customer service was top notch! The installation itself was completed by James who was not only punctual, but actually came a bit earlier - which was much appreciated. He started work straight away, laying down dust sheets and kept his entire work area from the doorway to the boiler cupboard clean. He was very efficient and the entire installation from start to finish only lasted 3 or so hours - which is incredible considering he had to completely remove the existing boiler and install a new one. He was very meticulous and took his time with explaining how our new wireless temperature controls worked, helping us set up our automatic central heating programs etc. If I could give The Boiler Exchange more than 5 stars I would! We got a top end boiler at a very reasonable price when compared to the other boiler companies who were quoting mid range boilers for more or less the same price. If you're thinking of getting your boiler replaced - look no further than The Boiler Exchange!

Jun 29,2020We needed a new boiler as we had a back boiler and had a few issue with old radiators. Chris came out to the house for a quote, he was extremely professional and took the time to listen to all our questions. We decided to go with the boiler exchange 1 because of the trust and 2 because of the price. Work started 3 days later and we had James on our job, again worked well, took time to explain everything to us and done a cracking job from start to finish. We had a few issues over the next week but between Chris and James they have been fixed quick and efficiently. We would definitely recommend the boiler exchange to our friends and family.

Jun 24,2020After being let down by our boiler insurance through 24/7, we were left without hot water and heating for over a week. We contacted the Boiler Exchange and within an hour we had a phone call from Chris arranging a survey for the next day. True to his word, Chris arrived with his kit and provided us with a few different options and some recommendations. After agreeing to purchase the boiler on the Friday, we were able to arrange an engineer to come fit the new boiler on the Monday. Jamie arrived (After a long journey from west coast to east coast) and started work immediately. He removed the existing boiler and pipework, Jamie also even offered to paint inside the cupboard where the boiler was as there was some exposed MDF after moving the boiler to align with the existing hole for the vent. New pipework was run from the gas mains box outside our house to the boiler as the pipe was older. Jamie gave us a full demonstration of how the new boiler would work and also the wireless thermostat. We opted for the Veissmann boiler and we have not regretted it. Thanks to Chris and Jamie for their assistance in our time of need.
