Apr 20,2020Excellent service from the boiler exchange guys Chris was very knowledgeable about the boiler and a really friendly open person James and Andrew got the job done without a hitch and apart from having a new boiler you wouldn't know they were even in the house. Clean and very tidy workmen and polite into the bargain Would recommend this team.

Apr 19,2020Being faced with making a decision on whether to repair my 15 year old boiler again or bite the bullet and replace it, I chose the latter and opted for the Boiler Exchange to supply and install a brand new one. Chris visited, going through the best options and procedures in an engaging, open and honest manner whilst also demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the market, the industry and the engineering required. The installation was carried out by James and his assistant and I couldn't be happier with the quality and standard of this work and the new, guaranteed Viessman boiler. All the associated connecting pipework has been reorganised in a much tidier fashion and the original horizontal roof flue was re-positioned vertically without any drama, correcting the previously flawed arrangement. All of this was carried out for the straight and reasonable price originally given by Chris. It has all exceeded my expectations and I really can have no hesitation at all in recommending Boiler Exchange to provide a quality professional, efficient and friendly service!

The communication was excellent and we were kept up to date with all the changes due to Covid 19. Boiler was installed hassle free and the engineers did a great job.

Mar 27,2020The boiler Exchange service was excellent from the first moment Chris stepped through the door giving a comprehensive detail to the process involved. He spent up to 2 hours giving advice and recommendations in best where to site the new boiler and what model to go for without being over Bearing. In the day of the instillation James the fitter arrived sharply and waisted no time getting to work throughout the instillation he was polite and friendly, James also took the time to discuss the instillation presses giving me a full break down out the work entailed. Over all a great service and I would recommend them to people thinking of a boiler replacement.

Mar 21,2020The whole process was a dream. Chris came at to survey at a time that suited me. He explained the whole process & talked through the boiler & it's suitability for me. I felt I was in safe hands. On the day of the installation James arrived right on time & couldn't have been nicer when I had to run out to work. The job ended up being more complicated but Chris & James kept me updated, having a fixed price meant that they honered their quote which was added relief. James left my house as tidy as possible & I returned home to a house with a functioning boiler. Couldn't recommend a better company!

Mar 06,2020Can't fault the service at all, very pleased from start to finish. I filled out some details on the website on the Monday evening and then received a call shortly after. We then had a visit the next day where everything was explained in great detail with a recommendation to suit our needs, and the new boiler was installed today, just 2 days after the first home visit. All working great and everything left nice and tidy. Brilliant service thank you!

Feb 26,2020Boiler packed in last weekend, The Boiler Exchange were first to respond with a very competitive quote and a speedy installation. The guys who came to fit the boiler were excellent and the job was completed in one day you wouldn't even have known they were here at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about a new boiler.

Feb 25,2020Had our boiler fitted in the day with no problems. Only thing I didn't pick up on really til it was to late was that the guys were in and out of the house (was a wet day) and didn't put any protection down on our carpets. Ended up with dirty trampled carpets.

Feb 02,2020We had an urgent situation at one of our rental properties when the boiler had stopped producing hot water and central heating. The plumber our letting agent recommended had quoted us a price we felt was excessive and a 10 day lead time. After we had phoned several other companies non of which showed particular interest or enthusiasm we phoned The Boiler Exchange. When we explained the situation they were extremely helpful and got a consultant to the property within a few hours. The existing boiler was over 25 years old so the cost and availability of spare parts would be a problem. We decided the best long term solution was to install a new boiler as soon as possible. We were quoted a really good price compared to the previous one we had but more importantly they pulled out all the stops and the installation was scheduled for that weekend. The fitter arrived that Sunday morning and the boiler was fitted that day. This was a 4 day turnaround from we first contacted Boiler Exchange to the boiler being operational. The communication by our contact Chris was great and we were kept informed by him at all times. He also liaised with the tenant to ensure they were available at the property when needed and to make sure they understood how to use the system. We will use The Boiler Exchange for any future needs at other properties. We cannot rate their helpfulness, attention to detail, knowledge and customer focus highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Dec 06,2019Excellent service from an excellent company boiler was installed by an extremely nice engineer the boiler itself is quiet and is working as a boiler should can recommend the viessmann boiler appears to be of a very high standard and great quality. If you're looking to replace your boiler then I recommend you give the boiler exchange a ring.

Especially during the covid-19 crisis. This was backed up by a very efficient and helpful engineer who carried out the installation. The company's confidence on the level of service they would provide, including annual servicing, was really reassuring. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a new boiler.
