Jul 02,2024Placed an order due to be delivered today 2nd July. Have had no email confirmation of the order yet payment has been taken from my account. I had repeatedly tried to contact them by phone or email. Emails are ignored. And phone calls go to voicemail and not returned

Jul 01,2024Terrible, ordered and chose our delivery date. Our original delivery came just before we was home, but no call to say can we leave somewhere etc. We called to re-arrange delivery, they said no problem we will get it to you Tomorrow. The next day came, it got to about 10am and we hadn't had any delivery details so called, and they originally said they had tried to deliver but no answer.. which was a lie, and quickly changed to 'ill speak to the delivery team and find out where it is' more time went on, we called again at about 3pm and was told that we wasn't receiving our order. Absolutely dreadful service.

Jun 29,2024Placed an order for delivery but needed to change the date, emailed Butcher on 4 separate occasions asking if possible to change the date and had no response or acknowledgement at all. The meats are good the customer service response, or lack thereof, not so good.

Jun 29,2024The old woman on the meat counter was rude and abrupt to me for asking for meat to be cut even a member of the public commented how rude and abrupt she was. Spoke to the manager and he didn’t care.

Jun 26,2024When they started in Brogdale it was high quality, I used their shop in Sturry and the meat is not anywhere near a high standard and bought from the meat wagon rather than quality sourced. Never again

Prices reasonable, meat always of fantastic quality, deliveries always on time & you’re kept upto date leading upto them, some amazing deals online all the time, couldn’t be happier, have recommended to a few friends who are also using too!!!
