Jun 13,2024Really disappointed. I placed an order last week for delivery yesterday and it hadn't shown up by 3pm. I contacted them and they replied to say they were sorry but due to a clerical error they couldn't deliver to my delivery address, just my home address. I was a tad annoyed as surely this should be picked up when you place an order. Anyway, they agreed to deliver it to my home address today and it didn't turn up again. I have contacted them and they haven't replied. I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, they have let me down!

Jun 12,2024We had some ribeye steaks delivered as part of our order on 11th June. When we opened the packaging the steaks had a very strong smell and the fat had a green hue to it, I left a message on their website but no-one replied to me so we took the meat to one of their outlets in Dobbies in Gillingham and the butcher there said it was clearly off and replaced the steaks.

Jun 04,2024I have had many meat deliveries from Brogdale Butchers. Meat is always fresh and nice cuts. Great value for money. Would highly recommend. I don't buy meat anywhere else. Plus I can get it delivered straight to my door.

Jun 02,2024The meat I ordered was amazing. Really nice chicken and lamb. However the steak I ordered was the fattiest and hard steak I've ever had. The cut was a fatty rib cut but this was almost 70% fat and the small amount of meat was tough and it didn't taste nice.

Jun 01,2024Always use Butchers of Brogdale meat good quality and price. Special offers not to be missed ! Whole leg of lamb £5 yes £5 ( when on offer with a minimum spend) Delivery driver always pleasant and friendly, can not fault them as a company.

May 31,2024I’ve just received my first online order and what a brilliant service. Ordering the meat on the website was simple and the delivery service fantastic. I recently had ankle surgery so am non weight bearing at the moment and the driver kindly bought the delivery into the kitchen for me. Very considerate and I’m extremely grateful. Would definitely recommend! Thank you

May 29,2024Very small whole lamb, also 1 leg had a large chunk of meat missing. Either something had to be cut out, or very poor butcher. Wrote to them, with photos, no reply. Cannot recommend.
