Oct 03,2024I had the best experience with this butcher until recently. Last month they sent me a delivery and the turkey breast was foul smelling and it had to be thrown away. I wanted a replacement rather than a refund, they said they would deliver the next day and this is two weeks ago. Since then no replacement and no refund and have emailed 5 times since then and left messages. Shocking customer service!

Oct 01,2024Not very good service this time around . I had to cancel the order this time and Natalie from Brogdale had agreed to refund my money in full . Unfortunately I didn’t check for a credit and they delivered the unwanted order anyway when I was out . To add insult to injury the £68 order was short of some product and now they will not respond to my emails . I have another three orders booked all of which I will now cancel and request a refund . Up until now they have always been good , but I think I’ll look for another supplier now ☹️
