May 09,2024Having bought a quantity of meat from the Butcher of Brogdale for delivery on 24 April 2024 I missed the delivery as was in the shower at 8.20 am and didn’t get to answer the front door before the delivery driver had left so it was my initial problem - since then what a tale of woe - tried following the butcher’s of brogdale advice on re delivery and contacting them - what a waste of time 8 emails NONE responded to eventually managed to find a phone number left several messages and again no response then 8 days ago the phone was answered with a promise of a call back unsurprisingly NO call back - I cannot overstate the frustration of dealing with a company that only wants to take orders and no emphasis on customer care - so I am still out of pocket and no meat as bought - I am afraid I could not recommend this company based on my experience of being short changed and ignored! I would like someone from Brogdales to explain why they are so appalling poor at customer relations but I won't be holding my breath but I will be taking steps to recover the money paid for the meat - and to rub it ii I also got an email confirmation of delivery and a request to rate the delivery !

Apr 08,2024I purchased over £100 from these as I came access them on my way home . Well I should have just chucked that £100 out of the window. The steak tougher than my shoe leather . The so called lamb full of water cooked in an air fried for a10 minutes, in edible .hd a nice pan of water from them obviously put in to bulk them up . Sausages great if you like anything other than meat in your sausages full of sawdust or whatever they are putting in them . Diced lamb well I won’t say any more about that you can guess what that was like . Overall a total waste of over £100 pounds , lesson learned .an absolute disgrace From Canterbury ,hernebay road

May 18,2024Thanks Brogdale Butchers. Gave us a great deal on 10 sirloin steaks with 5kgs of chicken breasts. Delivered today, bang on time by a polite delivery driver. Unpacked meat and it looks very good quality, the steaks are bigger than expected and quite thick as well. Looking forward to grilling them. Thanks again
