I placed our first order with The Butcher of Brogdale this week for delivery today. It arrived on time, exactly when estimated by the helpful link in the email, and was delivered by a cheerful driver. After we unpacked our delivery, we had some of the bacon and sausages we ordered, along with hash browns, eggs etc. The meat was fantastic. Cannot rate it highly enough. The sausages have a lovely flavour and the bacon was equally delicious. Such a change from supermarket meat, they didn't produce lots of water or fat, and not that different in price - especially when considering the quality. Absolutely wonderful. Looking forward to trying the rest of the meat. We will be ordering our meat from here from now on.

My first order received today. All meat in the essentials box looked of good quality except the mince that looked a little grey. The extra pork mignon was a nice surprise. Half a leg of lamb for £3 was a real bargain. Will shop again.

We recently purchased two packs of coated chicken breasts, we have previously brought the same type of chicken breasts and were very happy. On each of those occasions the breasts were boneless so had no reason to think otherwise on this occasion. The label did not describe the breasts as boned or indeed boneless. To find that there was a large bone in each breast was disappointing however not as much as the attitude from the counter staff. They were both very dismissive and rude pointing out that chicken is very expensive and to sell them like that is the only way to make any money. Does that mean selling chicken breasts at the same weight but less chicken. Despite our protest clearly we were wasting our time. Suffice to say having purchased many items from this butcher in the past we will look elsewhere.

This order was due for delivery on the 9th of July nothing arrived. I sent an email got a reply saying it was now out for delivery on Saturday 13th again no delivery. I then email again no response I left it a day emailed again no response I then emailed for the third time and got a reply stating my delivery would be with me this morning the 20th of July. This did get delivered on time just right. But not a single explanation of what happened to the original delivery nothing at all has been explained. I have been ordering every week sometimes two and three times a week I think I deserved better service. I will say I’ve never had any issues at all the produce is great quality. But on this occasion the service has been abysmal customer service needs a good look at.

Best ever service easy order on line easy to pick delivery and when it's out for delivery always on time, and as for the goods it can't be beaten, not had anything I'm not satisfied with 👍
