Nov 28,2024I wouldn’t even give the butchers 1 star if I could see how to do zero starts. Beware of butcher calling out by 1 tray of very expensive steak for around £140 and get 3 free. My husband and I fell for this offer . 3!of the 2 trays where so off on unwrapping they made us feel sick, the chicken the same . Husband went over to get his money back and was forced to have further meat and so monetary refund offered. The second batch was basically lots of very fatty meat all joined together , was meant to be prime rib-eye. Out of 2 huge packs we could barely butcher it to get 4 decent steaks . Cooked was flavourless and tough . Awful waste of a lot of money and terrible experience. Please avoid this butchers

Nov 26,2024Great Customer Service and good quality products I have bought meat from this butchers based in Ruxley Manor for many years without any problems. The quality of the meat is always very good. On a recent visit, however, I had an issue with some steaks and they could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue. I will continue to shop with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Nov 18,2024Missing items on my delivery, unfortunately my wife took the delivery without checking the contents, I fully understand mistakes can happen, my problem is the after sale’s service is non existent. I have tried contacting the office by email and voicemail over three days with no response, disappointing as the meat is of good quality, I’m now very concerned over my Christmas order delivery day Christmas Eve, if I get no response by tomorrow will cancel my order.

Nov 16,2024What a fabulous delivery driver he didn't leave on doorstep (which i thought he would do) he went to my office (not one door) and was told I was at village hall doing a community breakfast which is where he found me and delivered my meat! i cannot thank you enough above and beyond customer service
