Oct 30,2024We have used this butchers a few times, but Sunday was the last time me or my wife will use them again, the topside of beef that u need a chainsaw to cut through was a joke at 1.8 kg on offer at £25 claiming to be on a deal from over £40, come on if your gonna try selling at over £20 kg it needs to be quality, we got minted lamb chops as well that was dated 2th November £20 special offer, not a offer when the meat was gone off, your meat is poor quality and was never going to last until the 2th November dated on packaging, your answer should of taken it out the packets, well this is the last £45 you will take from my family, shocking attitude for a company selling meat, its worse then supermarket meat, when people see this i hope they take note of your con artistry

Oct 13,2024We have ordered several times and up until this order been very happy. On this occasion however the service was terrible. Ordered and paid for order on Tuesday for delivery on the Friday. Order didn’t show up and then the problems began. I think I must have rung and left at least 7 messages over the course of the next 5 days and sent numerous emails. Eventually had to resort to messaging on Facebook. Meat was eventually delivered nearly a week late with really no explanation and no real apology. It’s a shame that the customer service is non existent when things go wrong. I’m looking through some comments on the FB page it seems I’m not the only customer to experience this poor service.

Oct 09,2024Pork chops as usual, brilliant, so called ribeve , just awful, 4 of which I did not recognize as rib eye . Sorry had some realy good meat in the past, not so this time.
