Nov 07,2024The meat is as good as I expected. However in this case there was a mistake regarding delivery. The first I knew was an email saying the item had been delivered. But the item was nowhere to be found. So. I sent an email and sure enough it was finally delivered but without packaging except for a thin plastic storage cover. I have not yet received an acknowledgement or an apology for the failure or an explanation. So I have docked a point off the experiance.

Nov 06,2024Great quality meat. Unfortunately problem with the order and slow to reply to email re missing items. Was told on collection I would receive a refund. No paperwork to confirm this and no email communication. Sent query and was told I would get a refund which I have now received a week after collection

Nov 06,2024We use Brogdale all the time, the delivery service is great and no hassle. The delivery drivers are very friendly and on time. We also visit the shop at Sturry sometimes and find the same friendly service. The meat is great quality and best value for money x thanks Brogdale

Nov 02,2024Ordering with Brogdale is becoming a dangerously fun thing to do every fortnight. I cannot remember the last time I went food shopping and bought fresh meat with my food shop. Fantastic deals regularly by email which is always tempting. Service is great - friendly staff delivering. Great £1 delivery fee. Can’t go wrong!
