Dec 02,2019I now believe in miracles after seeing what the iT Store achieved with what I considered was an iPad mini that was beyond help. I inadvertently left it on the roof of a light aircraft, closed the door and started the engine. The result was that the iPad took off on its own in the prop wash from the propeller and when it came to earth was left with a shattered screen some of which was missing, and grazed and battered casing. Cost of a new iPad would have been over £500 but the iT Store worked their miracle and the iPad now has a new screen, works perfectly - and at a cost of just £80. Cant praise them enough. Great job you guys!

Nov 26,2019The guys in the store really know their stuff and want to be helpful, no matter how busy they give each issue and question their full attention. They stick to their estimates, and their estimate of the time required for the work. Highly recommended.

Nov 16,2019I have used this store in Canterbury before, and have always got great service. Today they diagnosed the problem with my MacBook Pro very quickly and efficiently - it needed a new battery, which they had in stock, and within half an hour had it all fixed and running again. Brilliant!! Thanks a lot guys.

Oct 28,2019For someone who grew up on PC not mac training, the IT store offers an unrivalled service for repairing or resolving any issue with a Mac product. I took two Macbooks in for repair and one was returned as though it was brand new, the second they gave an honest opinion that it might not be worth recovering as it was uneconomical to do so. Lovely team, honest, reliable and brilliant in every way. Thank you.

Oct 27,2019Came to Canterbury for a break and got a miracle. Dropped iPod down the loo previously, and was told at Apple shop in Derby that nothing could be done. Very offhand and really did not want to know. I thought that perhaps some experts in Canterbury would take a different approach. Recommended the IT Store ,took it in . Tom, Alex and Lucy extremely helpful. Left the IPod with them Friday, and picked it up Sat am. Worth the 200 mile drive! Oh, Canterbury was great as well.anybody out there, use them!

Oct 22,2019Water got spilled on my computer and I took it to the shop and told them what happened and all in all they were able to fix my computer and it was very affordable it was only around 160 pounds and I got it in just less than a week so they are very efficient. I would 100% percent recommend as it is way cheaper than going to the actual apple store and they are very well organised

Sep 20,2019Just popped into the store today to ask for an accessory to download a digital recording from a small chip. As they did not have them in store, they quickly downloaded the files onto one of their machines and air-shared it with my I-phone. Jut like that - no charge. Very nice people indeed!
