Cost was very reasonable and their service is totally top notch. They are my first stop for any apple problems. Thanks guys for sorting out my IT

Answer: the service and experience of the iT Store. I have always had honest and impartial advice with fair prices on their services and preloved products. I have complete confidence in the iT Store, and thoroughly recommend them.

Jul 12,2019These guys are excellent. Have been in a couple times now and they come across as very honest and knowledgeable, and happy to help with any queries. They won’t try to swindle you out of money for the sake of it and are happy to signpost you to other businesses if they think they may be able to help. Really friendly, too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Canterbury for repairs and IT advice.

Quality service from a small store which worries more about reputation and treating customers well.... a shame some other bigger stores have forgotten how to treat customers. Also purchased an accessory. Very knowledgable and no pressure sales. I would highly recommend and a big thank you.

Jun 02,2019Fantastic, honest service - my 10 year old Macbook Pro would not turn on, no power up, nothing, not even with a new battery. I knew the time was coming for an upgrade but I took it to IT Store anyway just in case they could get any more out of it. Sadly due to it's age it wasn't worth the time to fix BUT the timing was near perfect - they had just received a 27" almost new iMac at £700 less than shops were selling at. I'd been looking at these for ages and they talked me through what this particular model had. For my uses I would need no upgrades so they didn't try to upsell or anything, in fact they offered a part exchange for my beloved Macbook and would transfer everything over for me free of charge. Less than a day later (my hard drive was very slow!!) and I had a new iMac with all my files, artwork, music, software...as new. 1 years warranty included and brand new keyboard and mouse too. Lucy also went through my options for getting a drawing tablet. I'd only heard about Wacom but there is nowhere to try these out to see if I'd actually like it. She suggested I get an iPad Pro to plug in as an external drawing tablet rather than buying a Wacom (no one else had suggested this to me, I didn't even know it was an option!) ...so I'm super pleased with hers and Neil's service and expertise and would highly recommend them. Whilst I was in they also helped a gentleman who'd been told he needed a whole new charging cable but they managed to fix his for just £10. Top and honest service.

Jun 02,2019Spilt coffee over my laptop the day before my first exam. Stressed and flustered, I went into their store and they stored everything within the afternoon for a great price! Staff were beyond lovely and helpful! If you are a student I HIGHLY recommend them over going to a place like Stormfront, which will charge you an extortionate amount to even open up your laptop to diagnose the problem.

Sep 20,2019Took my iPhone in because it only charged intermittently. They cleaned the connector in under a minute and showed how it was done. Great service. Have previously brought a used MacBook there years ago. No problems.
