Mar 25,2025A disappointing app which would benefit from more online help. It's perhaps relevant to note that most of the high scores are from people who had had to contact their customer support. For an app!! Most of the problems we had centred around trying to enter the passport information which stalled each time at the end downloading the information - still not clear why, there was no useful error message. The driving licence version worked first time so at least there was a simple workaround - why not simply give both as options upfront?

Mar 25,2025Easy to navigate and upload documents I thought the video of yourself was a challenge simply because you are asked to turn your head away from the camera not knowing if you have captured good footage.

Although the process is relatively simple ... I do not like it... I had the same argument with the local council and their off site data
