Seemed pretty straight forward most of the time. A but slow when uploading bank info but managed it okay. I think they may need to get in touch with me at some point, but will wait and see.
The system design is very poorly thought through. If you set up joint security checks on one phone, you can’t access the other person’s online banking because it’s on their phone. Also you can’t swap between the two entries. It won’t let you. Etc. etc. too many design problems to list.
I have experienced the principle of this system before. Any anti-scam protectional layers of security can only be a good thing. The uploading of sensitive documents is very convenient and improves the time factor for business.
Ibihal provided my support when I was struggling to complete some of the tasks on the Thirdfort app. One of the problems was communicating with my banking app and she correctly diagnosed that the problem was with Opera browser,once we switched it back to Google in went straight through. She was patient and understanding and really knew her stuff! She turned things around and made it into a very pleasurable experience!

Had to use Thirdfort to verify our identities for a property sale, uploaded all relevant information but got back a message that both of us had been flagged, when we looked at the details that Thirdfort sent the names were not the same, the two people involved are American not British, stressful
I am on my 4th possibly 5th code? Why? Each code has taken forever to arrive Why? Good service! Not if you can't even use it.
I found it very easy to navigate.

Customer service has been fantastic. I'm not tech minded so I would of struggled using the app without help. Easy to use when you know.
