Mar 17,2025The App was very easy to use. Maybe look at the wording on the proof of address section. Bank statements are mainly online nowadays and for security reasons you can't take screenshot or upload the personal details section. I don't pay bills at my current address or have photoID so I struggled a bit however your on the phone helpline was very helpful. When I received the first text about completing this I assumed it was yet another scam harvesting personal details. Probably better if the request to complete came from the company requesting the check. Also I've had to complete one of these online checks for the estate agent and another for the surveyor. Is there any way the different parties could use the same app.

Mar 11,2025I was asked to use this company by my solicitor for a house sale, no purchase or mortgage involved, the solicitor then advised there was some altercation which was in the report relating to me living in the USA! This was quickly resolved and the report was incorrect, but what on earth are we signing up to when using this company, how can this type of investigation be relevant to a house sale. I would say use them with great caution their reports clearly can't be trusted and why would there be a report in the first place! These people are not verifying who you are but investigating.
