Apr 01,2025After verifying the link through solicitor in first instance (pretty standard checking procedure nowadays),, I found the process quite simple and straightforward to navigate - and a lot easier than scanning / posting / delivering sensitive documentation I have noted other comments re passport photo input - again, follow the clear direction / requirement,, it takes seconds. Just be aware of the likely docs required, have them ready and follow the directions,,

Apr 01,2025Easier to use than another similar app we have experienced recently. This functioned quite well apart from having to go back a few steps more than once when there was an error. Verification went through quickly.

Apr 01,2025Nice and easy to use but if you have poor eyesight it is very hard to read out the numbers on the video. They ought to offer very large text or an audio option.
