Mar 20,2025The process for downloading documents is difficult to navigate and totally beyond me. I phoned the support team and they were amazing. My call was answered straight away and they walked me through everything with no problems. Very patient too.

Mar 20,2025App was really easy to navigate round and upload documents. Had an issue at the end where the screen froze on processing documents to complete a task. One call to customer service and Ben who I spoke to confirmed everything was ok and put a call into Technical Support and it was fixed.
