Was straight forward enough, but I agree with previous reviews. It would have been easier and quicker if I knew what documents were required before I began. One quick phonecall and everything was completed

All tasks were completed within 40 minutes without any preparation and never used the app before. 4 documents were needed and then uploaded. One query. Was "place your face in an oval" I thought I had to find an oval shape! What was required was to go to the next step and the oval appeared on the screen.

Gigi understood the issue I was experiencing and talked me through the steps to allow me to the complete the identification process. Gigi was very sympathetic on the issues I was experiencing and made himself available should I incur further problems.

The app was frustrating to use especially the AI section, but the staff who emailed or telephoned me were very helpful and speedy to do things. Thank you Ludmila, Emmett, Drew & Beth who worked well as a team. Aleks and was helpful resolving the problems finally over the phone.

I am unaccustomed to using my iPhone for processing complicated documents. Drew took me patiently through all the stages so that finally all requested information was logged in. He was exceedingly helpful and made the entire scary procedure simple! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

I fell at the first hurdle as i don’t know my apple password. Customer services guy was nice but i hope i will never have ti go near this again!

This was a straightforward user friendly way to achieve the required due diligence. The only point I would make is it would be useful to know prior to starting the process what paperwork is likely to be needed if that is possible. A painless process - thank you!
