Mar 05,2025This is the first time I’ve completed tasks on a portal re buying/selling property. Much easier than photocopying various documents and posting them to the solicitor. The portal is quick and easy to use. I did, however, get stuck on one item and had to call Thirdfort for help. Aleks was extremely helpful, answered my questions and helped me complete the task easily. Aleks was friendly and professional. A credit to the company.

Mar 04,2025A list of possible documents required before the start would be helpful to prepare uploading pdfs from various sources rather than breaking of piecemeal between each task to find the document. Not many paper documents around these days to confirm IDs.

Mar 04,2025Generally the process went OK, but it would have been useful to have had a preview of all the steps rather than just a slow reveal. Perhaps a count down indication of the process. And a statement that it could take an hour for validation was not helpful, even though it turned out to be much less than that. You don't want to keep an app such as this open apparently indefinitely.

Mar 04,2025Very very slow responses often not connecting and having to retry! This made something simple quite difficult. Also not happy with the amount of date you need from my bank. Goes against what we are told not to do.

Mar 04,2025The proses is to long and feels extremely intrusive. The technology doesn’t work smoothly. I appreciate they have a job to do but felt uncomfortable having to give so much information to a third party with no clear reason why and security asdurance

Mar 04,2025Seemed quite easy to use after downloading. Helpful notes and managed to complete in a short time. It was mostly intuitive. Perhaps could have given a list of documents needed for upload.
